We are both so pleased with how it turned out - I could not have dreamed up something more beautiful (and I have been getting compliments nonstop!). He also mentioned how simple Chelsea made the whole process from start to finish and how awesome she was to work with. We are so happy we chose to go with Roset by Reid - their customer service is amazing and you can tell they have a lot of pride in what they do. From the first moment I walked into Roset and was greeted by Chelsea, I could see what separated a local business from a franchise store in the mall. Chelsea made the process of selecting an engagement ring beyond enjoyable. Her knowledge of every stone, company and style gave me so much confidence in knowing what I was getting. When the day came and my ring was in, it exceeded my expectations. The ring was not only beautiful, but was one of a kind. To this day my wife still gets compliments on her ring. Since that day, I have purchased a wedding band and a set of pearl earrings from Roset. All have led to an amazing experience in their store as well as a very happy wife. I would highly recommend Roset to anyone looking for jewelry as I could literally not say enough good things about my experience at this store.

Working with her from a distance as we went from dream to design to the most stunning engagement ring was such a great experience. Chelsea and her team are Knowledgeable, helpful and they went above and beyond.
Roset is the only place I’ll use and I highly recommend them to anyone!

The staff was friendly and even offered to start us both "wish lists" so that they could keep track of our favorite items so when it comes time for gifts they can help guide my husband in the right direction! I think that is the greatest customer service! We purchased a few of our favourite pieces and felt informed and educated on how to care for our new jewellery. We had so much fun shopping! It was not intimidating at all and we laugh a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grateful is an understatement when it comes to sharing the memorable experience we had at Roset by Reid. Driving from Edmonton to Medicine Hat to visit this gorgeously renovated firehall was well worth its weight in gold ;)
My fiancé and I were welcomed and treated like family. Chelsea was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but also educated us on all aspects of choosing our lifelong diamond. Without her we would not have found what we were looking for.
