Recently my husbands tungsten carbite ring some how chipped, long story short peoples said they would not exchange it, then manager said no, and the district manager said no. Period. I went on twitter got a hold of signet jewlers who owns peoples and they granted me a replacement.
I've had more downs than ups with peoples jewlers, from diamonds falling out of my rings to the repair being cheap and damaging and having to be sent back for a second repair. But signet was always behind me making it right.
If you ever have a problem with the quality or warranty contact signet jewlers via Twitter like I did and they will make it right as they know what customer service is!! #signetjewlersisawesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my wedding ring set in to have put together( had to have them cut off my finger).. they quoted me $1857.00. To make them 2 1/4 sizes bigger, weld them together and 2 claws on the main diamond. Took them to another jeweller with a good reputation an they did same thing for $289. I say what!!!. Will not use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No less than two weeks of having this ring one of the diamonds fall out. I have a Diamond guarantee for lifetime but peoples jewellers refused to put the diamond in.I have to pay for it. So then I purchase a warranty obviously their jewellery they can’t stand by so I purchase extra warranty for $230 and still had to wait over an hour and my ring is still not being fixed. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere because this place is terrible.
