She was the nicest person to work with and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Her vendor contacts were amazing and I would recommend each one. Gael coordinated everything perfectly every step of the way. She kept everything within budget while staying true to my vision. K	Katie Nicolle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gael did the day-of coordination for our wedding in June and we are SO happy we chose her! I didn't have to worry or think about anything on the day... Gael had everything under control and made it stress free for me (every Brides dream!). She set up the signs for the ceremony exactly where I wanted them (We got married in a forest) and set up the ceremony with the cross perfectly. She showed up early to help organize the morning of and stayed throughout the reception, helping us with our entrances and making sure everything went smoothly. The welcome table and decor was also set up beautifully, she has a great eye for styling ?? I would definitely recommend her to any bride looking for a wedding planner. (She also makes amazing vegan cupcakes and provided them for our wedding too!). Thank you Gael & Calder for making our day perfect!!

Since our first talk, I liked her, so I book a meeting and ever since I knew I did the right choice choosing her to be in charge of the Floral and Decor plus coordinating my wedding. She is very talented and I did not have to worry about anything, just choosing what I wanted for my wedding. She was very patient showing options and what would look best. And with this pandemic, she came with solutions for decor that could fit with our budget. I definitely recommend her to anyone that is planning an event/wedding. Thanks Gael for all the help and support! You are simply the best.

We had nothing to worry about; every aspect of attending to the Bride and Groom and their guests could not have been in better hands. This was the most enjoyable experience for beginning to end thanks to the amazing Gael Lobban. Our guests are still calling us weeks later commending Brittany and Randall on how well customized to their wishes and special touches you added to their day. From the first meeting Gael was so easy to talk to and provided me with so many different ideas as well as guidance. Despite having to reschedule our date three times due to covid, Gael was so flexible and took so much stress away from us. The timeline Gael created was so detailed and easy to follow and I knew right away that our wedding was going to run smoothly. On the day of Gael and her assistant Lia made our ceremony and reception space look absolutely incredible and everything went on as planned. We were both able just to focus on enjoying the day with our friends and family and I could not have imagined our wedding going any better. I would 150% recommend using Gael for any wedding planning/ coordinating and am so grateful to her and her team.

Small touches like bringing is water while we were taking photos really helped us enjoy our day. We also had 2 guests fall and require an ambulance at different points in the evening. Gael went above and beyond adjusting the itinerary and communicating with our vendors. We barely felt the interruptions, and I am so thankful to have had her there that night. Totally worth every penny to hire True Mate Weddings!
