The smell from the raw seafood is the first thing that hits you. Having been to other seafood markets, the stench was definately abnormal.
A lot of the packed goods did not have a price tag nor were the shelves marked.
Vegetables were way more expensive than most of the South Asian / Asian stores around Brampton.
The narrow aisles would be downright scary during these covid times, if there were even two sets of customers.
The parking arrangement is most inconvenient.
I would skip this place altogether.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR! Unfortunately there is no option to give a "0", which is what I would give for Durcaa Super Market. As long as you keep buying from them they are happy. If you want to exchange or return something they will show their true colors. I went to return something (for the very first time) which I was billed by mistake and the guy at the counter behaved liked a rogue. Even after mentioning I am a regular customer he absolutely refused to even exchange the stuff leave alone return it. He used abusive language ( in Tamil he said "poda" ) towards me. I was shocked and completely humiliated at his behaviour towards a customer. I was furious at this behaviour and just threw the stuff in the store and came, I will think that I threw it in the garbage. I will inform all my friends and relatives living in Brampton who go to this store. Personally I will never set foot again in this store !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude lady. Never listen or understand the customers. Customwer service is NIL in here. We have no right to call and ask any question. As I'm not tamil I don't understand the words in the receipt. According to her that's my mistake.Jumps on to me like she never steal money from customers. I never said she does. And asked to not to come again as she doesn't need questions back as she is busy in the shop. Anyways this will be my first and last visit here. I will try Leela super market in Brampton when I next visit here. Horrible experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to get South Indian food. Nice variety both veg and non-Veg, good quality food, good tasting food and well priced menu. If you like spicy food (this is for my Non Indian Subcontinent readers of this review) - this may very well be a place for you to check out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meat section is amazing . They listen to you and cut meat in a nice manner . The person was polite and courteous! Overall, Great customer service and great quality products and they were not rude with customers unlike other Tamil stores aunties at the cashier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week i bought some fish and shark . The fish seller inside the super market said it is a fresh ship ment and he showed me the shark and i told him the price is too high. The he said he will reduce the price and i agreed. and paid cad 18 for the shark. But when it was brought home and cooked it was stale shark. This is absolute cheating and also i suspect that they change the item on on the cutting table since the height of glass counter is too high and we cannot see the our selection is on the table. So buyers beware when u visit this supermarket. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
