The wedding was placed for September long weekend 2021, on July 10th 2021 my father had gotten into a tragic accident and lost his capability to walk. After couple weeks I had contacted Deep to let me him about the situation and that we will be postponing our wedding festivities, I had also told deep that we will continue to use your service and please transfer our deposit to the next date that we will pick. Right away was shut down by deep saying that is not possible and the deposit is non refundable or transferable to a different date. I had explained to deep that the situation we are in and that it would help me financially if he can do this for me, his reply was “if it was due to Covid-19, I could do something , but not in this situation sorry” after countless back and forth the had agreed to only transfer 500$ to our next date and we would still have to pay the balance of 500$. At the end of the day no one wants there father to not be able to walk, and any normal human would find this tragic to a person who’s wedding was also just around the corner, I guess deep doesn’t really care about anyone or anything but his $.

He offered a personalized experience and took the time to get to know us in order to capture our love story. Since our wedding was during peak covid, we had to reschedule 3 times, and we appreciated Navdeep's flexibility to make it work. He was reassuring and patient through all the date changes. I highly recommend Deep Productions and can't wait to work with them again in the future!
