★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am actually surprised with these negative reviews and honestly do not agree. I dealt with Terri for my sisters bridal shower and I have nothing but praise for her. She was able to capture my vision on what I wanted and executed it way beyond anything I imagined. It was simply gorgeous. As for customer service, Terri had informed me that she would not be in the day of shower as it was her day off. When I walked into the hall, she was indeed there making sure everything was perfect and for that I cannot thank her enough! The wedding is coming up and I cannot wait to be blown away again! I highly recommend Terri and thank her for her amazing service! ~ AR ~ April 23, 2017
