Saj & Em of Photokitch… they are more like your family than vendors when it comes to your big day (or week, in our case!). They are so wonderful to work with and are nothing short of professional when it comes to their service and their product. Myself (Niharika) am from England and I was nervous to work alongside vendors whilst living in another continent. However Photokitch made this so easy and we were able to communicate easily and efficiently over our little WhatsApp group and WhatsApp calls, regardless of the time difference! They were very helpful when it came to the 101 questions I had, whether it was e-shoot location, outfits, poses etc - they were always happy to help. It was also refreshing to work with vendors that didn’t just sell, sell, sell - instead they had their clients’ best interests at heart and worked towards delivering our vision whilst also staying within the boundaries/limitations that we had. They were so patient with us, even before we had officially signed the contract! From our initial contact in October to our wedding in July, it was very easy to get hold of Photokitch and they spoke to you like they had known you for years! Our e-shoot was done on a cold, Spring day in Toronto but Saj & Em worked with us so calmly over two separate locations, to produce what ending up being an amazing shoot! Posing for the first time can be nerve-wracking, but they direct you well whilst also making light jokes along the way to keep everything casual. We were allowed to provide suggestions too of the style/poses we also wanted to capture which was great as we felt our personalities were reflected in the shoot too. I wanted a sunset shoot and unfortunately the clouds were not on our side on that day, however Saj made it happen and the final photos looked as if we got a real sunset that day ;)! The turnaround time on these photos was awesome and the way they were presented were great too. When it came to the crazy wedding week, Photokitch were able to adjust to our very, very last-minute changes in our pre-events schedule for the week. They showed no signs of frustration at all and were so easy to the time-changes I had messaged them about. They also called us to go over who our close family members are and if there is anything they should be made aware of - we loved that they did this because it showed that they were interested in capturing the special moments between our nearest and dearest whilst also staying respectful to both families. Such personalisation behind wedding photography is so great to see and we cannot wait to see how it all translated in the final photographs. On the day of the wedding, Saj & Em were able to transform the holiday rental home I was staying in, into an aesthetically-pleasing bedroom to ensure my morning photographs had the best background/light/angles! They also helped communicate multiple times during the morning, to my family members on my behalf! We felt so comfortable with them both and their services went beyond photography in our opinion and they were so helpful. Dealing with large and loud Indian families can be challenging, but when you add an insanely huge bridal party (17 bridesmaids and 19 groomsmen) to the mix - then it gets crazy! However Photokitch dealt with both so effortlessly and kindly, large group shots, different formations and poses were all able to be taken (as well as the poses I has requested). Our reception was a blast and once again, Photokitch very kindly adjusted to the change in coverage hours for us (literally, a few hours before the event was due to begin). They tried their very best to ensure we were taking photos with our family and friends throughout the night and we even managed to get a bit of a dance out of Saj towards the end of the night! :D We are so excited to see the final set of photographs, we have no doubt that they will be amazing. We hired Photokich for our wedding that went by in October, 2019. We had heard about them through word of mouth and they were on our radar well before our wedding planning began. My wife and I met with Photokitch before we had even booked our wedding date a year prior to the event. Saj was very accommodating of our request and understood the challenges that came with a one-day wedding/reception. We hired them in our first meeting(even before we booked our hall) and didn't even bother going to the meeting with our second shortlist. This was plainly because of Saj's professionalism and attitude in making us comfortable during our visit. Needless to say, he also showed us his work at his studio and we were very impressed. For those reading, Photokitch were probably one of our top two vendors in our wedding. They were exceptional from the start to work with and helped with with wedding planning tips here and there. Saj and his team also traveled with us to California for our engagement shoot (see attached pictures), and his creativity and dedication became very obvious during that trip. Saj and his team like to make sure that they get the best possible pictures using whatever is around them to make the couple look great. During the wedding day, they were efficient and did a great job to get all of our group photos done properly. Further, they easily gelled with our wedding planner and the videographer we hired to make it an easier experience for us. As my wife and I sit and reflect on our wedding day, we are in mutual agreement that the decision to hire Photokitch was the right one. For any couples looking to get amazing memories in the form of pictures, I highly recommend Photokitch. They are worth every penny!!

We hired the Photokitch team to cover our wedding ceremony, reception and engagement shoot. Their team was our favourite vendor we interacted with.They were always responsive, available, professional and friendly through all our interactions. Beautiful photos and a lovely person to work with! Saj and his team were a joy to work with from beginning to end. We worked with him for our e-shoot, pre-wedding events, wedding & reception. He puts you at ease in front of the camera and keeps you relaxed and comfortable! On our wedding day, with so many things going on, Saj and his team were super organized and kept the schedule on time with everything. Honestly took away most of our stress related to our schedule. He also got so many candid shots during all the events and captured all the details. He was super fast with editing and we got our photos! Last, but certainly not least, we were blown away by the photos! One of the BEST DECISIONS that we made was to choose Photokitch as our photographers! We cannot say THANK YOU enough to the full team!! Right from the start, Saj and Em took the time to get to know us, our story, our vision for our pictures and how to incorporate the little details that we wanted into our wedding photos. Due to the pandemic, we had to postpone our wedding 5 times on top of postponing our e-shoots multiple times, and we cannot express enough appreciation for the flexibility and understanding that both Saj, Em and the whole team showed! They made sure that they were always accessible for any questions that we had via text or phone. During our e-shoot, they were patient with us and took their time to make sure that we got all of the shots! They were patient with us and made us feel so comfortable throughout our shoot. Saj is an amazing photographer and worked with us from the logistics of where to shoot to what to shoot in order to capture incredible moment! We cannot rave about him and Em enough! When our wedding weekend finally arrived, the full team made sure that they captured every raw emotion that both Riya and I as well as our family and friends felt throughout every event! Throughout the weekend, our family and friends were so appreciative of the professionalism, flexibility and humbleness that the whole team had. Finally, we are BLOWN AWAY by our wedding photos! They were absolutely breathtaking and every picture captured significant moments from each event! As we went through each picture, we were able to relive our full wedding weekend and every special moment that occurred! Every picture captured the raw emotions that all felt and we loved that each of our family members individual personalities radiated through the pictures! In addition to us, you have made ALL of our family and friends so happy with the wedding photos. Riya and I have gone through the photos hundreds of time now & every time that we look at a picture, we feel the essence of how incredible the wedding weekend was. So happy we had Photokitch cover our wedding week in San Francisco Bay Area, California! Working with them was truly an unforgettable experience. They were personable, yet professional. They were very patient and accommodating with every change or delay in our schedule. All our photo shoots felt comfortable and effortless. Not to mention the end result was well worth the wait! Every picture flawlessly captured significant moments of each ceremony, ritual, or event. Going through each picture made it easy to relive every special moment of our wedding week.
