H	Hailee Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctor, love my doctor ( dr harandi ) But the front desk staff are very very rude And never answer the phone Came in as a walk in and had an appointment the same day which I forgot about ( I’m a new mom with a newborn so it crossed my mind usually they call and remind you also and I didn’t get a call.. ) Came in an hour and a half early and they said I had to wait for my appointment and couldn’t come in as a walk in even though I was there only a little early And the waiting room was absolutely empty I’m sure not all the people were seeing him as there is many other doctors here Definitely considering changing clinics because of the front desk people

Why didn't u make an appoimemt with ur family doctor? Then proceeded to tell her it was a pimple. Thankfully we went elsewhere and she was treated properly.
J	Joan Dela Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since my fam dr is on vacation, i'm left with the option to visit this walk-in clinic. Wait time is okay, but the dr (Dr Malek) who saw me was not helpful. My condition got worse because of her diagnosis. Doesn't listen carefully to symptoms, she's in a hurry, and quite rude when I was trying to describe what i'm feeling. If you plan to visit this clinic, request for another dr if possible.

Now moved to 1311 McPhillips st right beside McDonald's here. This location was the old Speedys Garage shop. PROS • newly renovated • clean & feels refreshing CONS • downsized from having a parking lot to having no parking lot - must park on the residential streets, the provided parking lot is too tiny. only 1 hr parking allowed on side streets as well
L	Liliosa Dizon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting period is too way long. The receptionist is accepting a lot of patients and not really care if the waiting period becomes too long. They prioritize the easiest service like giving vaccines and booster and if you walk in , and your medical needs is not about vaccines then you have to wait too long until all the vaccines patients are all done. It is not fair. The receptionist should advice all the walk in patients how long they have to wait. Although they advertised and posted that they welcome walk ins, the reality is you have to wait too long until all the vaccines clients are all done. If they need long term patients then they have to accommodate patients that have medical needs other than vaccines.I never waited this too long in any other walk in clinics like almost two hours now and still waiting to be called. The line up for vaccines patients are still long and they still accepting incoming patients. I do not know how long I have to wait but this is worst experience for me.

The front staff is usually friendly, but the overall experience is terrible. You wait for over an hour to see a doctor (even if you have an appointment) and once you’re in the treatment room, you wait another 20 mins or so. And when the doctor finally comes to see you, they rush you and talk over you when you are trying to explain what your health concerns are. I thought doctors were supposed to have compassion for those needing their help? Apparently not this place. Do not go here.

The place was very clean (as expected because its new) and the doctor was very nice. Parking is a bit of an inconvenience though as it can only fit a small amount of cars. The location is right at a very busy intersection so getting out was also a challenge.

(Why this isn't a 5 star) But my walk in experience today was amazing! I was told a 40 minute wait and I was called in about 20 minutes. The Dr was quick and very professional. Already feeling so much better. I can't remember her name, but so grateful for her!
