★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expect little when it comes to walk in clinics, but this one is far better than any other I’ve been. It can get pretty busy here but they have a resident doctor which is excellent. The receptionist is very good. I’ve always encountered Filipina receptionists which tends to be always rude and uneducated/inexperienced. This one is a lot better. Even their lab tech gave excellent service and right attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Siddiqui is frendly. However, the waiting hours is alot which makes me always unconfortable to book appointment. My last appointment was at 1:30pm. I waited for 2 hours to get to the doctor. This happens to me usually. It is like custom to wait at least more than an hour to get the doctor. I have complained to the front desk ladies about this issue, but they r careless and gave me deaf ear. They don't care in patients time. If u want to book appointment in this clinic, u need to consider to take off from your work.
Terrible experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a family Dr but he is hard to get into quickly. This is my first choice when I need to see a doctor the same day. They always are able to get me in and I have never waited longer then an hour. Clean and comfortable facility and the staff are friendly. I have always been well taken care of while there and properly diagnosed! Pharmacy on site that can fill you prescriptions quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this clinic several times to book a general check up appointment, but they never answered the call, so I had to go in person. The other day, I called and the ladies at customer service suddenly hung up the phone while I was making an appointment. She didn't make sure the time slot works for me. She was terrible. I had to call again to cancel it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Siddiqui is one of the best Doctors I have met.The place is clean and front desk staff and pharmacy staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to answer my needs. I'm not bored everytime I go there . It is busy most of the time that's why you have to wait but it's understandable. I strongly recommend this place.
