I had to change my cc number and u had the opportunity to speak to a lady by the name of Jak She was very pleasant courteous and So helpful. . It was an absolute pleasure having her on the phone. The device does work very well and I am pleased with it. I'm 75 years old and live alone, so this device is a potential live-saver for me. The only problem I have encountered is that the button is too sensitive. I have had several false alarms because something brushed against the button. The button should be set back from the surface to avoid unintentional alarms. I have since ended my relationship with Life Assure. One evening, I accidently pushed the emergency button. A voice came on and said I was being connected to the emergency centre. Their phone rang for over five minutes before I disconnected it. If I had a heart attack I would have died. I expect the call centre to answer my call within one minute. This was not done.

All our questions were promptly answered in a courteous, helpful manner. So far we have found the equipment to be quite satisfactory. They were prompt to call us when my mother had a fall.

Recently signed up for this service , so can't say much right now. So far so good , set up was real easy and customer service was very good right from the initial info call. Very helpful and patient staff with all our questions. Ease of use with the product is important, and so far no issues. Update: Mom accidently activated the alarm and was surprised at how easy it was to use... personal contact with the agent and then a follow up call impressed her. the team didn't make her feel silly for bumping it and was very helpful in how to reset it.. She is very happy with the device and human contact... exactly what we were looking for ! Thank You M Grace

As a totally new recipient of a Life Assure device, I'm very impressed with the service I have received to date. Trinity has been ''Helpfulness Itself'', the parcel appeared at the post office in Vegreville two days after I ordered it, and I found the set-up instructions simple enough for even my 87 year old brain to follow!! I must say I'm finding the device EXTREMELY sensitive in its detection of what it presumes are falls (!) but Trinity has explained to me that with continued use, the device should get better at reading my usual activity. With that reassurance, I believe I'll be a bit more confident in its use. Thank you very much. Norma Cowan P.S. I was happy to see the Better Business Bureau name in the documents

My 90 year old mother jokes about her new friend! She hasn’t needed the service for any major fall yet, thank goodness, but she has received a few check ins from Life Assure when she has sat down too quickly or when she takes the necklace at night to charge it!! She feels safe and is confident that if she did have an emergency Life Assure would be there!

I purchased this Service as an added measure of security and to help reduce my Lady's level of anxiety when I leave the house, or if anything happens where she might need assistance should I fall and she can't get me back on my feet. I will try this for a short while to determine if this higher level of protection is needed. So far, so good as the devices, Charger and Pendant works as advertised. Note a Cell phone will be needed as a Contact device. There were no issues with the Service, however, returning the Hardware and cancelling the Service until a later date, if, needed turned out to be an issue as I could not locate the address. This company worked hard to receive my mother's business. They provide a personal health safety device that tracks my elderly mother in and outside her home. It identifies if she falls, and can communicate directly with her if she is having any health problems. The company also provides a mobile phone app, which permits myself and other family members the ability to locate my mother's location at any time. An excellent feature! I recommend them. My mother is also much happier with this service than the previous company, Telus (Go Companion). Another excellent feature of this service is that the company does not have contracts or service fees to start or stop the service, an excellent feature of their business plan. This means you can start and stop the service without extra costs or penalties. The service also monitors you in the USA; another excellent feature if you frequently go to the US. Life Assure is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I find the staff helpful and courteous. My only suggestion for improvement, at this time, is it would be helpful if they extended their business office hours to help Canadians located in the East and West of Canada, as our hours are ahead and behind respectively by a couple of hours each day. Hope other people find this rating helpful.
