The service now was less than friendly and the staff was lazy, disrespectful and unhelpful. They won't help me to fill out a vehicle transfer form and accused me of putting inaccurate information even before attempted to fill the form on my own. In contrast, I went to another ICBC insurance company in Langley who went above and beyond to help me. They even helped me reduce my insurance premiums by calling ICBC to confirm. Too bad, Troy Wotherspoon... You've lost my business forever.

I eventually had to file a formal complaint against this company and one of it's representatives with the Insurance Council of B.C. because of what I thought was shady business practices. They gave me such a run around by charging me way more than they should have ($987.00) and never answering their phones or returning my calls until after the 30 day waiting period locked me in. This year they sent me a bill for $865.00 hoping I would renew. Obviously I didn't and was able to get the exact same coverage for $756.00 else where. I have never been so badly treated and blatantly manipulated and lied to by a company like this in my whole life. I find it quite insulting that they think people are so stupid. It may work for them for a short time but they will be the losers in the long run by operating the way they do. It was very frustrating dealing with the insurance council of B.C. after waiting 9 months for their help with Wotherspoon Insurance, they said in one sentence that their role of council is to ensure these insurance companies carry on business of insurance in good faith and practices BUT in another sentence they said that Council does not have the authority to order restitution nor do they have authority over insurance companies. Go figure and buyer be ware. Stay away from this company Lynn

He is super professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and the best part is, very resourceful and responsive. Andy always shop the best policy and rate for me, even though sometime means he needs to get multiple quotes, but he never complaint. Instead of working for the big company, I can honestly tell that he truly works for his client! He always patiently explain the the difference and help me find the most suitable product. I never need to shop around anymore ever since I have Andy's contact on my speed dial. Please keep up the good work. Bravo!

Like other reviewers mentioned, they seem to care about quoting the lowest premium possible that is appropriate to my needs. Dealing with them is no fuss and I'd definitely use them again.

On multiple occasions, he didn't just complete the transaction but actually proactively asked questions & provided advice. Last time his tip saved me over $300. I value the good service and saving money. Thanks!
