Raman Kaler was a fantastic instructor. She kept the class interested, engaged, and fun. She gave clear, thoughtful instruction and always made sure that what was being presented was understood. I would highly reccomend her as an instructor for any first aid training courses!

Rachel was such a great instructor! I’m so glad I signed up for my standard first aid with Life Preservers! There was lots of hands on learning and covid protocols were followed very well. I feel extremely comfortable with my training and appreciate Rachel’s informative teaching. She made this course very enjoyable. Looking forward to recertification in a few years!

Rachel was a wonderful coach and went above and beyond to make sure everyone understood the material and techniques. She is very approachable and easy to talk too, she was upbeat and made it an overall positive experience. The course was enjoyable and techniques were easy to absorb and understand.

Completed my Emergency First Aid course with Rachel as my instructor. I was quite nervous coming into this course as I had no previous experience or knowledge, but she made me feel extremely comfortable. She was quite informative, funny, and a great instructor. I was worried about gaining certification, but after this course, I feel confident in my abilities!

This is my second time choosing Life Preservers First Aid and boy am I utterly disappointed by the services - the class I registered and paid for canceled and rescheduled THREE TIMES! Potential customers, please beware - if you have a tight deadline, find your first aid class elsewhere. I registered for Emergency First aid with CPR course for April 16. During the week of April 16, I got a call from Harleen from Life Preservers, the class got canceled as I was the only student. Alright, fine. Life Preservers rescheduled to April 23 in which I had to reschedule my accounting appointment to sunday April 24. On Monday April 18, I then get a call AGAIN asking me if I would be able to accommodate LIfe preservers, reschedule my class to sunday April 24 or relocate to North Van or Surrey. Harleen claims, Life preservers made a SCHEDULING CONFLICT. They have a class for Standard first aid, but not Emergency first aid class at Burnaby location. I got booted THE SECOND TIME! You gotta be kidding me here. I put my foot down and refuse to be canceled because it is the company's fault for making a "scheduling error" and not mine, I've already been booted once. Come Friday April 22, I receive call again, tomorrow April 23's class is now CANCELED DUE TO INSTRUCTOR CALLED IN SICK. For an established company that provides first aid training and education, this is extremely unprofessional to offer a class, accepted the full payment but don't follow through the accepted contract to provide the service that was paid for. I was only offered a full refund when Life preservers canceled my registered class for the third time. This whole ordeal has caused my stress level above my threshold as I have had to juggle my kids schedules (both under 5 years old) for 3 weeks to accommodate one class session. I am beyond frustrated. Those with young kids would know.

Very nice company to deal with. Zara was the best instructor, she was straight to the point, efficient, understanding, and hands-on so you had lots of practical practice.
