OK Tour

I'll just say that OK TOUR is the best.. My mom and dad went the trip with OK TOUR and they said the guide was so kind.. It was very unique and fantastic tour.. Oh!.. Thank you so much to guide of the tour that you took a picture of my parents..

I used to use Chinese tour, but there was no meal at all. but the price was expensive than here. so I chosed OKTOUR this time. It was very good than my expected. The tour guide was very kind, every meal was not bad. I already recommended some of my friends.

I don't want to give one star. They didn't follow their rules. They said I would stay at Delta Lodge at Kananaskis or same class hotel. But where I actually stayed was lower class than Delta Lodge at Kananaskis. I understood that the tour plan could be changed, but at least they had to provide same class hotel. It made me so upset. I don't wanna use here anymore.

I went to Canadian Rockies tour with OK TOUR. It was amazing tour with Andrew as my tour guide. The tour guide was very informative and very friendly. I think the package tour is affordable price for for very clean and good quality hotels, meals and service. I was very satisfied with this company.

Terrible customer service. Paid online, but they insisted they hadn't received the money. Had to go to the bank several times and eventually had to have a bank teller call the CEO directly to make them admit they received the money. Refused to apologize. (I get that you guys had miscommunication. but why should we suffer from YOUR miscommunication. Need more customer service training.) They laughed at us when we said we wanted to cancel the trip. Apparently you can't cancel without penalty worth most of the money you paid. As for the trip, they would spend 50min advertising vitamins and other products and spends 30 min sightseeing. 전화받는 분들 커스터머 서비스 최악입니다. 광고/ 스폰서 등 쓸데없는 장소에 너무 많이 들르고 막상 구경 장소에 가면 구경할 시간을 몇분 주지도 않음.. 차라리 로얄 투어 가세요.

If I could give negative stars, I would give that to OK Tour. OK Tour is the WORST TRAVEL AGENCY I've ever dealt with anywhere in the world - and especially to anyone of Korean descent, whether you're visiting from Korea, or you're Korean-American or Korean-Canadian. They are the absolute opposite of their namesake - they are completely "NOT OK TOUR"!!!! If you read this review, I recommend in the STRONGEST possible terms - do NOT do any business with OK Tour. You will not only regret the money you will end up wasting with them, but worst of all, you will come away with the utter and amazing disgust, disbelief, disappointment, distaste, disillusionment, and ultimately sadness in experiencing first-hand how corrupt, unethical, unprofessional and un-Korean some Koreans abroad can be to other Koreans. Its just stunning to me that OK Tour can get away with their deceptive, shameless, corrupt and possibly illegal mistreatment of visiting non-Canadian Koreans. I'm in my 40s, have lived in the SF Bay Area for the past 25 years, and have had the good fortune of traveling to some of the best tourist destinations in Europe, Asia, and US. In April 2018, I took my 80-year-old mother who was visiting from Seoul on a package bus tour of the Canadian Rockies, Vancouver and Victoria. I paid for the tour via a Korean tour broker agency based in Lynnwood, WA called Top Travel. I usually don't use Korean travel agencies for my vacations, but in this case, because my mother can't speak English, I decided to make an exception and chose to work through this local agency. Top Travel didn't notify me ahead of time, and so I had no idea that they were a broker, and that my mom and I would be handed off to a Canadian-based Korean travel agency. I had no idea, whatsoever, who or what OK Tour was. But given that they were Korean, as was everyone on this tour, I decided to give them benefit of the doubt, and the natural instinct of most Koreans is to trust other Koreans. So it was with utter shock and disbelief at the way OK Tour started to take advantage of our whole tour group (and based on the other reviews on Yelp, we weren't the only ones treated this way). They are shameless, greedy, selfish, unethical, unprofessional - I strongly urge any Korean (whether you're visiting from Korea, or are Korean-Americans for Korean-Canadians) to NOT use them. They prey on the goodwill and benefit-of-the-doubt that comes instinctively from native Koreans to anyone else of Korean descent. And they proceed to shamelessly nickel-and-dime everyone on the tour for completely unjustified tips, appealing to the sense of Koreans who want to help out other Koreans. At every possible tour visit, the tour guide pressured us into giving "tips" - a nickel-and-diming tactic they forced upon us for the entire trip. And it wasn't like $5 here and there, it was more like $20. They preyed on our sense of Korean group politeness and etiquette. They used false pretenses like a helicopter tour to get us to sit and listen to and hour of useless and worthless commercials about some type of berries. Then on the final day of the tour, our bus ride back from the Canadian Rockies to Seattle was interrupted in Vancouver for SIX HOURS, just so that they could make me and my utterly tired 80-year-old mom wait for another tour group who had not yet arrived in Vancouver. This was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE for us. And they offered no apologies, no services, and no compensation for us. By the time we got home to Seattle, it was 11pm. This was the WORST ending to our nightmare of a tour with OK Tour - and I hope no other Korean will ever have to deal this with type of disrespectful, shameful, and unethical behavior while visiting the US or Canada.

This Korean tour company has incredible price for Canadian Rocky tours. They provide 9 meals, 3 night hotels, transportation and tour guide for $249 per person include tax!!! Can you believe it? Hotels were very nice(we stayed at Delta hotel!) and the bus was clean and comfort. Meals were mostly Korean and tasty for me. The tour guide was quite informative. We did not understand all the things that the tour guide said during the tour because he spoke Korean but he never missed to translate to us whenever an opportunity arises.

I wouldn't give one star if i had a choice to give zero. It was the worst tour I ever had. Poor service, extremely rude guide (Andrew). Always talked down because i was young woman. He threated me that he has power to leave me behind on the load if he wants to. Also, food quality was so bad and last meal was served somewhere it looks like a storage that no one cleaned the place for while. They also advertized that they have very nice buffet package with banff gondola for $80. Including alberta prime ribs, salmon steak and etc. No prime ribs. Instead there was a beef brisket. And when I complaint, my guide told me that i am the only one complaint and i am too demanding for less money. Never use this company if you want to enjoy your trip and avoid this rude guide I will never use this company again and my family and friends as well. 촤악의 여행 장거리 운전 힘들것 같고 패키지가 알짜로 여행지 잘 보여줄까봐 선택한 패키지 투어. 하지만 광고와 다른 서비스에 대해 컨플레인 하니 가이드는 그깟돈 내면서 바라는게 많다고 오히려 욕먹음 자기보다 어리다고 반말하고 약팔아 돈별려고 혈안이 되어있는 가이드 이야기중 대부분이 캐나다는 무슨 천국인냥 과대포장.. 나도 캐나다 살고 좋아하지만 어이가 없었음.. 옵션은 옵션이 아닌 필수. 다른 사람들 옵션 하는동안 입구에서 그저 대기.. 3박4일 여행중 2틀은 오직 이동. 정작 구경은 2틀.. 그것도 오후정도에 일정 모두 끝나고 숙소.. 운전 할수 있다면 그냥 캘거리로 가서 밴프 구경하고 오는게 훨씬 이득 시간낭비 돈낭비.
