Fraser heights employees are very helpful and focus on the customers best interests. My insurance broker renewed and delivered my papers within 24 hours. He's very good looking as well.

Friendly professional knowledgeable staff. These people go the extra length to make sure that you are insured and properly protected. I wasn't sure what type of plumbing I had in regards to the percentages of the type of pipe . They asked me to take some pictures and knew what I needed to insure for. All of my insurance needs are going through these people now and I'm more than confident that I am properly insured. Watch out for the yahoos that are just collecting their commission! I even had one lady tell me to fill out my name on the first page and sign the last page and she would write in all the details of the plumbing in my house. If I would have had a claim it would have been fraudulent information on my policy and I would have been out of luck. I told her to go pound sand and then called the owner of the insurance company letting him know what this idiot was doing.

Your Employee Laura, Needs to be fired. Today is snowed heavily, and the snow seeped through our walls and onto the floor. We called Fraser Heights Insurance services and Laura was in charge of helping us. However, we called her several times, around 10 times and she never answered. It was until we complained to the front desk that Laura answered, but her attuide was very impatient and she didn't want to help us. Very poor customer service , and I would not reconomend going here. Laura NEEDS to be fired, as soon as possible

Was able to renew my ICBC quickly and efficiently, actually asked about my coverage and we made some necessary changes I didn't know I needed.

I came in this morning to change up some auto insurance details, and there ended up being several transactions to be done between ownership transfer and insurance transfer. The process took longer than I expected, but the service from Bal was friendly and informative. She even double-checked some details with ICBC at our request.

Amazing customer service. I purchased business insurance for the first time for my new business and their knowledge made the process extremely smooth and almost effortless on my end. They take the time to share the exact coverage you will receive. Fraser Heights insurance also offers their expertise to allow you to get the policy necessary for what you're trying to accomplish. Very knowledgeable. Friendly attitudes. Extremely helpful. Great experience.

I dealt with a woman named Babal and she was unprofessional and SO rude. I couldn't come into the insurance office because I was in a lot of physical pain and my medication wasn't helping much. I phoned and asked if I could re-new and make some changes on my insurance via phone. Babal said "yes". Then when I started to ask questions she said "can you come in the office?" I reminded her that I asked if we could work on my insurance over the phone and she had said "yes". I had to repeat my name two times and my birthdate three times. It was like she was distracted and not even listening to me, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Then, she said I wasn't the driver of the car. I told her that both my husband and I drive the car so both our names are on it. Then she said there was another name. I told her that was my Mom. She said that the insurance wasn't mine. I told her both my moms name and my name are on the car as owners, but my Husband and I are the drivers of the car. She said that I can't make changes because I'm not the owner of the insurance. I tried to tell her again that I make all the payments and even last year when I went in to make re-new my insurance there wasn't any problems. Babal didn't even give me the chance to say she could even speak to my Mom on the phone to prove her accusations of me being a liar were were wrong. When I told her I've never had an issue before with renewing my insurance, she rudely said "you can't make changes on someone else's insurance"...just the way she she said it! Pure rudeness and disrespect. It made me feel like I was some liar or criminal and that I doing something wrong. My response back to her wasn't polite, and for that I admit my wrong, but I let my frustration of her rude behaviour get the better of me. I forced my achy body to another insurance company a couple of minutes away and just like all other insurance agents I've seen in the past, there was NO PROBLEM AT ALL. I wasn't accused of being a criminal, or a liar...I was in and out in about 20 minutes...and I didn't even have to keep repeating myself for simple things as my birthdate.
