Dr. Cline and his staff have been so wonderful the last few years with my son. I was there today and very impressed with their protocols during Covid. They were so helpful and Dr. Cline went above and beyond like usual to make sure we left happy. Thank you!

Have been his patient for about 18 years. Always very patient, kind and dedicated to his work. Never had any cancellations or problems booking appointments. Doctor is very skilled. His secretaries are patient and very helpful when booking appointments. I do have to call a few times as their phone lines are usually busy but thats just what you need to learn to expect from a successful business. The doctor himself is efficient but thorough in his work. The actual eye exam room is a nice comfortable area perfect for children to feel right at home. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of a good specialist who knows what theyre doing. Parking is also close and very convenient and so is the restroom (right down the hall). There is a coffee shop nearby as well.

Dr. Cline has been amazing! He is thorough with the process, passionate and caring! My follow up appointments have be set, never cancelled and no wait times. Dr. Cline and his receptionist Ashleigh have been more than accommodating for the appointment changes that I have made. They have been available through email and by phone. I would highly recommend Dr. Cline, he's the best!

We have been seeing Dr Cline for almost six years now and have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. My son loves going to see Dr. Cline and Dr. Mara, and I would confidently recommend his office to any of my friends. They are a busy office and do not have the time to call and remind you of your appointment, so I recommend keeping track of your own schedule.

Very hostile environment for children. No staff member is friendly or compassionate. Cannot speak to anyone over the phone. Was referred to Dr. Cline and never saw him, instead was dealing with Dr. Mulholland. Careless after prescribing glasses to my 18 month old with no follow up. Do not find this doctor helpful, caring or considerate. Have not gotten any of my questions answered, usually given a direct short answer, no explaining. We feel we were left in the dark. Would not recommend this office to anyone especially with a child.

My daughter has been a patient for almost 10 years. We have had nothing but the best experience and treatment. We have not needed to see him for quite sometime and I was almost nervous to call after seeing such a terrible review about the receptionist. I thought that they must have new staff. I called today and was pleasantly surprised that the staff is the same and just as friendly and accommodating as I remembered. My child has terrible anxiety and Dr's appointments are usually a challenge, but she has always loved seeing Dr.Cline and his staff. I personally find Dr. Cline to be very compassionate, helpful and professional. We look forward to our appointments even though we drive over an hour each way to see him. I trust him and his staff completely, I highly recommend him to everyone with confidence.

Prompt. Friendly. Skilled. Comfortable. So far I'm very happy with Dr Cline and his receptionist Ashley. Everyone is friendly and calm. The waiting area is very roomy and decorated with children in mind. There are a surprising number of valuable art prints hanging in this area to keep clients peacefully entertained while waiting. The examination room is huge with a ton of family photos and Canucks memorabilia. To my surprise, the exam chair with its torn leather seat turned out to be super comfortable. Dr Cline is a delightful older gentleman who he loves his work... it really shows in his warm personality. The kind of confidence and speed exhibited by Dr Cline only comes with decades of experience. I enjoyed the special tools Dr Cline used. It looked like most of them would be for pediatric use which made it even more fun ? Washroom is handy. Parking is easy and close to the building. There is street parking for low vehicles or trailers that have trouble clearing the entrance dips.

Been a patient here since I was 2 and I am 18 now. Love seeing Dr. Cline, he’s always very nice, kind and caring towards his patients! Can’t believe he is retired, will miss him since he was my doctor for 16 years! Although, his secretary’s are rude, and a bit arrogant everything else is great!
