I leave in this building for almost 5 years. I am so happy to be here. The landlords keep it very clean. The surroundings are very neat and they put many flowers all around. They are very kind with everybody. The building is in a perfect location, close to the subway, and very safe.I am really happy here having very nice neighbors.

I couldn't be happier with where I am living!! The location I am living at is spectacular--a wonderful mix of greenery/open space and shops just a few blocks away. The apartment is very clean, no rodents/bugs to be seen. The superintendents are super friendly and I've never had any trouble with any of the tenants either. The supers work hard to maintain cleanliness and there is an adorable backyard with benches/bbq for the warm weather. Our apartment is relatively big for a great price point and we get tons of natural light, which I am afraid I won't find anywhere else. I'm really not looking forward to the day I move away! The walls aren't super soundproof but it doesn't bother us--way too many pros to be complaining about one con!

I have been on the look out to move back to Toronto and Trivest is on my radar. I have friends living in several of their buildings and have only heard great things. The building management really take care of the building and the tenants and there is a great sense of community amongst the residents. Will be in touch very soon

There's a leak in our bathroom and these people are doing nothing about it. Our neighbour's roof collapsed on her and now she's suing this management. I'm scared that the same thing might happened to my bathroom ceiling.

The sense of community in our building is so nice. Our Superintendent keeps the building really clean always smells fresh. Our outside property is beautifully groomed with flowers and a gorgeous backyard area. We've been here for shy of 6 years and we love it. Any issues we have with repairs get dealt with promptly.

As far as I can tell, Trivest is the go to management company for would be slum lords i.e. the owners of Kingsway Park Apartments at 2655 Bloor West. I'm not sure if it's Trivest milking the building's owner or if it is the owner who wants to wring every cent from the building without any investment in upkeep while watching it decay in hopes of avoiding tax liabilities via declaring depreciation leading to the building being condemned so the owners can sell the land to developers... The latest example (one of many): My AC went on the fritz on Monday June 28/21. I sent an email to our Property Manager that day. Tuesday almost 24 hrs after sending the email I got a reply back that a "certified electrician" would be sent to deal with the issue. On Friday July 2 I sent a follow up email which went unanswered. Today Monday July 5 as there was no response to the follow up email I left a voice message at 9am and just now at 4:30pm. So a full week after reporting the issue nothing substantive has been done to repair the AC unit. This is the classic response from Trivest. One of the three washing machines in the laundry room as been broken for over a year. One of the three dryers has been broken for almost as long, yet they never miss an opportunity to collect the money tenants spend using the two other available machines (hardly enough for the size of the building). When they do finally hire trades to look into issues, they clearly hire the lowest bidder who rarely corrects the issue in the first attempt, normally it takes 4-6 attempts. And in the process the tradesmen do more damage to the unit which will go unrepaired. Ultimately, if you're renting from Trivest, understand the unit you rent will not be maintained and your rent will go up as the building around you decays.

Our building is well-maintained and our concierges have added a touch of magic to it in the past couple of years. Beautiful flowers are in the garden as well as picnic tables overlooking birds and nature. The common hallways have thoughtful artwork. Our space, which we lived in for 8 + years, has something you won’t get in modern condos: a massive bedroom that has room enough for a nursery, bed and office space . I’ve lived in Montreal in buildings that were older and have had pests and leaks and I can say this is not that. It may be the last affordable place in Toronto for families. We feel lucky to live here and if we ever move to a house will miss it!

I live in 2655 Bloor St. W., one of the Trivest building for almost 3 years. Funny thing is, my A/C got broken down around beginning of June(same as the guy below) but I was told by my superintendent Eric that due to COVID, it will be a bit delay. I got my A/C replaced after a week or so. This building is always clean, Eric has been super helpful and nice every time I have problem. I used to live in another Trivest building, 130 Oriole Parkway, the super Dinah was very nice as well. After all, I would recommend Trivest buildings to my friend
