This guy Murtaza Bhatti is so unprofessional. once you submit your documents He takes a week to file your tax, which is normal as we do understand that they are busy. First of all what he will quote you you will never get that much refund. Secondly, when you will ask for the discrepancies then he will not reply at all, will not answer you call neither reply to your email.
When you will ask him to provide solution for such discrepancies he will not solve your problem and will leave you in between.
I would suggest everyone not to waste your time, money taking his unprofessional service.
I am pretty sure some of you might have experienced the same thing. why are you lying??? when did you call me and explained anything????? im trying to call you from last 10 days. you are not picking up my call and not replying to my mail . you are a liar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not have a good experience with this person. Let them know I would my taxes prepared within 2 weeks and after submitting my documents, never heard from them again. It was important for me to obtain my taxes as I would need them to show proof of income in order to receive covid relief benefits but he never came thru. PLEASE if things are too difficult or overwhelming for you to complete, COMMUNICATE with your customer so they can find an actual professional to do the job. It doesn't help when you are hard to reach and waste a client's time who could have gone to someone else.
