Showed up on time, work was done quickly and they gave a good explanation of the problem and how they solved it. Would definitely use them again. A lot of places in town don't return calls or show up when they say they will, but based on this experience Triple Tech is totally reliable.

J	Jennifer Swan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Triple Tech in to install a new furnace and A/C, and to give a quote on some plumbing. There were some problems along the way. First, the plumber told us that our existing pressure tank (that we were going to replace) was NOT attached to any water line. This seemed possible since there were a number of things done wrong in the house by previous owners. When our General Contractor went to move the tank, he cut through a hose that was very much attached to the tank, spraying water everywhere and causing delays. To be fair, they were very responsive to us when we told them about it. Now, I went to use my A/C on Friday, and it did not work. A little investigation revealed that the A/C unit was not wired in! I called today and they said that when a A/C system is installed in the winter, they always have to come back in Spring to "activate" it. This is totally understandable, but why didn't they tell us this? I am disappointed about that. I might use Triple Tech again, but I think they are a bit disorganized.

I recently used this company to install a new furnace in our home in Midland. Triple Tech was recommended to us by a friend in the area. This company was very professional, showed up on time and responded to us quickly. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. They were also very accommodating to make sure we weren’t without heat during the winter. Dealing with many different trades over the years, I find I’m very often let down by the level of service most people provide. Good and reliable service is hard to find and I would definitely recommend Triple Tech for your HVAC work.

The installation team was on-time, clean, careful and respectful performing their task in my house, answered any questions I had and corrected some things that were poorly done by the previous installer. The furnace install is neat and tidy and I feel good about the purchase and the experience that I had. Thank you! The office staff was friendly and efficient. Perfect! This company came highly recommended and I can see why. I would not hesitate to pass along my own recommendation for someone in need of their services.
