★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first time customer, I was blown away by the level of customer service and care I received right from the moment I walked in the door. As someone who lacks mechanical knowledge, it was so nice to have Doug take the time to explain each and every aspect of the diagnostics and repair (as well as inform me of other tidbits of knowledge regarding various parts/features on my vehicle that I was completely unaware of!). He also called me prior to performing any repairs to ensure I approved of the necessary services and corresponding quotes (which, I may add, were half the price of the dealership’s). I cannot say enough about Trinity Auto…and I think their numerous 5/5 star reviews speak for themselves! Thanks Trinity Auto…I will be back! :)

Good prices, friendly environment, Doug always gives good advice, he’s very informative doesn’t make me feel like he’s in a rush when on the phone explaining things to me even if I’m not always sure what he’s talking about =P . They never make me feel like they are trying to talk me into other things if unnecessary. Great people who work here, staff / management, highly recommend you’ll be in good hands here !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a engine light come up on a brand new truck coming home from work, talked to Ford to try and get it scanned quick and they told me best they could do to scan it is a week and a half. Stopped in at this shop, have never done any business here and asked if they could run it for me, with zero hesitation a mechanic came right out and did it for me on the spot. I asked how much he said don’t worry about it it just took a minute. Will bring all future business here , great people .

Whenever there has been a challenge, (like when I lock the keys in the rental they provided most recently), they were eager to come to my rescue and that one time they dug me out of their parking lot, too! Doug and Monica have always been professional and courteous. I like that I get a report after each service prioritizing all additional maintenance coming up. I can trust this business to keep my vehicle in honest and good shape as I drive about 2000km every month for work. Trinity has always gone above and beyond to make me happy! Come to think of it, it may be me who is the challenging customer ?
