These guys are the best. They take time to explain things to you, are always happy to help, and are okay getting creative to make things work for you. It has been a great process so far looking for a home to rent with Dan, Tyler, and everyone else. A really great company you can trust.

Website could use an update but staff respond quickly to emails and phone calls. My roommate and I are now renting with Tribond and haven’t experienced any issues thus far. Our apartment is updated and has modem finishings.

I've rented for many years and Tribond Property Management has been my best rental experience by far. Dan and team have exceptional customer service and are always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

My student housing unit in the Queen's University district was experiencing flooding from a pipe burst and the Tribond Property Management team provided us with an unbelievable response time to our emergency. With the full assistance of Tribond an emergency plumber was called and the issues was resolved in less than 45 minutes due to immediate action from their end. Our unit is extremely appreciative of the constant and reliable services they provide us with.

Aside from a smooth move-in and rental process with Tyler, we had mostly bad experiences with Tribond. During our first month, the lights in our kitchen and (very dark) staircase in addition to 2 separate outlets in the kitchen stopped working. It took over 2 weeks to have them fixed, despite it being a VERY simple fix once the electricians arrived. It would sometimes take days to get responses to emails from Dan. We unfortunately had to end our lease early, and during that process I had to point out not one but two overcharges to the previously agreed on fees. After we moved out, we were told we would be reimbursed for our last months rent two weeks later. When I did not receive the reimbursement a month later, I had to reach out and was told that the person I was previously working with was no longer with Tribond. If I hadn't sent them an email, I doubt I would have ever been reimbursed. Overall, Tribond needs to greatly improve their communication with renters.

5 star service from Dan. In this COVID season I could not meet him for the whole time, but he managed my property flawlessly. He always tries to solve problem even if it is out of his responsibility. You can ask him any question, he is ready to answer. Wish Tribond more and more success.
