Fries were soggy but burnt (reheated maybe?), cheesesteak was even more soggy. The bread felt wet and squishy to touch. Even if it had tasted good (which it most definitely did not), the texture was enough for me to not go back. May as well have thrown $20 into the wind.

My friend and I ordered Pisanos for the first time the other night. We placed an order via phone call and was kindly advised it would be about an hour to fulfill and deliver. No problems! We placed our order with instructions to the side door and to call on arrival, and the wait began. Order placed at 645pm, and at 7:25 the driver was calling in his arrival. Heckin' speedy service. Now, the food. I ordered a regular cheesesteak, and my buddy ordered the uncle buck. Along with a side of jalapeno poppers, deep fried curds, coleslaw and a drink, we were set. One of my favorite things was it came wrapped in foil. Not a paper or plastic bag, just plain good old foil. There's something about food wrapped in foil that just hits different. Anyways.. Unwrapping the foil, a cloud of steam emerged while cheese was stringing itself off the foil wrap. The smell of the meat, onions, and cheese together is a pure symphony. I haven't even picked it up yet. Here we go. I place my hands around my toasty warm cheesesteak, and my fingers instantly sink into the soft bun like it's memory foam. Whoa. It wasn't soggy from grease, nor crispy from being toasted. Just a pure, seemingly very fresh, delicious bun. Massive too. Had to be a foot long and even though it was just the cheesesteak, it was loaded thick. As for the taste, absolutely mouthwatering. We placed this order on December 28th, and I've honestly been thinking about it every day since. I'm writing this review now because I had my daily "I really need to get another one." thought and decided it was too good to not speak up. Amazing. I can only hope the new east end location is an exact replica of the food and service we received. Edit: I forgot to mention. I got up to get some sour cream for the fried curds when my buddy yelled over "oh they gave us some in the bag! Oh, and marinara!". We didn't even have to ask - they know what's up.

Stopped in with a co-worker on our way back to a job site to grab lunch.Grabbed a regular philly cheesesteak and a bottle of pepsi. Food was prepared quickly, and came hot. Tasted delicious. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. I definitely recommend giving it a try here.

Had THE best Philly cheese steak 10 minutes before close. No complaining or nothing from the cook. I did appolgies 100xs. Thanks for the delicious meal. Highly recommend this place! Very friendly owners.

We got some chicken fingers for the kids and a poutine...and it was very delicious!! Definitely a good spot when you're hungry.

Flat bread was okay. Only received half, didn't realize a half order was an option, especially at nearly $8. The Chicago deep dish is absolutely tiny. The tomato sauce wasn't great. The jalapeno poppers are store bought, but fine. I ordered a chocolate milk and didn't receive it. A disappointing small order for three people. We ordered for three, and thethird person couldn't have a meal out of it. My husband and I split it.

Wow! I have heard about this restaurant from clients at work and I finally got to try it..... and I'm truly impressed! My boyfriend and I got the Kd burger, Ez cheesey philly, and the Breakfast poutine, the large poutine is hugeeeee!! We couldn't even get threw half of it between us. The burger bun was super soft and the meat had a sweet bbq taste, it was super messy but totally worth it :p The Philly was also great but a lot of cheese! Next time I would order just the original but the cheese sauce is to die for, it's truly amazing. The poutine was also stellar! 10/10!! The staff was also very friendly
