I have been training with him for the past 6 months and I have seen so much progress. Tyson always shows up with a positive attitude and really helps me get through the tough days when I don’t want to workout. He is very professional and makes sure that I am on track with my goals. Tyson is always positive and is focused on you achieving your goals. The location of Stone City Athletics is great and has ample parking. The gym is always clean and I can trust it is being done to the upmost standard.

I have seen great progress in him, so my husband and I decided to attend bootcamp classes. I am not a “fit” person and when I struggle to get through the exercises Tyson is always there to encourage me and to make adjustments as needed. I am never feeling insecure or uncomfortable. Tyson is truly the best personal trainer in town, and I appreciate his demeanour and professionalism.

He has helped so many athletes in their own specific sport get to the highest of levels. The atmosphere isn’t like those big franchises, as it’s a super personal experience. Tyson will go to great lengths to make you feel comfortable at his gym, but will also push you in a positive way. On top of that, the gym and equipment is always clean and in tip top shape.
