★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope potential buyers have better luck than I did. Got my Order Confirmation Nov. 26, 2021. Still waiting for it to be shipped. Initially they told me I would see it this week, that came and went. A little delay shipping is no big deal as long as they would tell me , which they are not. Further having taken the full payment out of my account without a firm delivery schedule is ridiculous. I have been dealing with Jeanie at Travel Buggy Canada and she promised me it would arrive on the 5th of December. Guess what it has not even shipped yet according to the tracking information she finally gave me and today being the 4th of December, with them having to ship from Salt Lake City Utah to Derby Kansas, I don't think it will arrive on time.
I do understand delays, what I don't understand, I clearly stated above.. As of now I am still waiting for a firm shipping and delivery date. Not to much to ask for since I have already paid for the City 2 Plus.
Update, for those considering a purchase from Travel Buggy. We received my Wife's Travel Buggy today and my wife simply loves it. I find it to be well constructed, and I am positively impressed with all its features. Even considering the shipping snafu I experienced ... I would highly recommend buying the CITY 2 PLUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The travel buggy, ramps and folks at Travel Buggy are awesome! We've have the car for more than 5 years with absolutely no problems. We purchased the ramps in 2021. Now I simply 'drive' the buggy up the ramps and into the back of the car. No problem, no lifting!
Buy the travel buggy and ramps from Travel Buggy. You won't be sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my City buggy late June of 2021. Fell in love instantly! The joy stick was a challenge to get use to, but in a few weeks I had it almost mastered. I am able to come and go as I please, and don't have to rely so heavily on someone else to do things for me. Having the ability to get out and about again, even though limited because of our health crisis situations, has been a great blessing. I zip along and enjoy being outside, free and productive on those days.
I suggested that they offer additional seat cushions in their accessory section, as I found that I wanted to be just a little bit higher, and they sent me one! How cool is that? I love it.
You might think that this price is expensive, but have you priced other chairs? For some there are options to have payment assistance, I suggest you check out those avenues because being able to get back a little bit of self reliance and motivation makes it worth every penny.
When I need a new one, guess where I am shopping?? ?

This equipment is fabulous, a real game changer. I have MS and can no longer walk any distance. I was using a collapsible scooter, but the lightest part was too heavy for a woman to lift. I also was reluctant to take the scooter into small stores.
Now even my sisters or friends can give me and my chair a lift, giving my husband a needed break. I transfer from the car to my Dash, and use the Dash as my chair, whether I am in a restaurant or home. I find it very comfortable to sit in for several hours and I don't waste energy transferring. to other seats. It has travelled over snow, dirt, grass, it loves to move. Company is excellent to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a Travel Buggy City model for about two years now and it has made my life so much easier. It's small enough that I can go just about anywhere, elevators, regular hallways, any doorway, shopping in smaller stores. And because it can be folded flat, and can fit into any car trunk, I am much more able to get around.
I've flown with it. Once you figure out how to remove the batteries, it's easy. And the airlines let me drive myself down to the door of the plane, remove the batteries, fold it up (and put on the heavy duty cover) and walk onto the plane (with help ;-) SO much easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just got my new Dash! I needed a chair I could lift myself. i was skeptical that a 30lb chair could be of a good quality. I was pleasantly surprised. I have another brand chair that is between 50 and 60 lbs but getting to hard for my husband to lift let alone me. although they all say that their chair are airline approved and can fly, when you get to the airport and ride up to the gate they are never happy about lifting that weight and dragging it down to the hold and then back up after landing. My new Dash is easy to lift so I am not worried about taking it on my next flight. even my service dog aproves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my travel buggy for 3 years and love it. I have to have a side load system with my van and therefore has to weigh less than 60lbs. Which the travel buggy is. For travel it collapses so easy just press one button. We use it to travel with and it is excellent just remove the two batteries and seat plus the joy stick and your done. It is so easy for the baggage handlers as not that heavy. The battery button on my model is tricky to press, the new models have a better button. The batteries are still working great. The other small issue is the foot rest won't stay up, the nuts keep loosening. I put a carabiner on each end of handle bar and you can put a bag handle on each hook and hangs right between the wheels perfectly. I would love it more if it could go faster as a fast walker is tough to keep up with. Over all this is very good wheelchair for travelling with I have not seen anything better. I use this wheelchair every time I leave the house. This wheelchair checked all my boxes it has been great.
