À Rawdon, sur une rue résidentielle au centre-ville (Albert 1-4e av), les chauffeurs utilisent leur freins moteur à toutes les fois qu'ils passent. sans aucune raison. Et il passent plusieurs fois semaine, mois. J'ai avisé à trois reprises l'entreprise et toujours pas de respect routier pour les résidents. J'ai avisé aussi la sécurité routière mais leur intervention est limitée. Inter Nord sont les seuls poids lourds à utiliser les freins jacob sur cette rue ! c'est irrespectueux
 The drivers do not respect the highway codes for the nuisance of noise ... In Rawdon, on a residential street in the city center (Albert 1-4e ave), the drivers use their engine brakes every time they pass. without any reason. And there are several times a week, a month. I have notified the company three times and still no traffic respect for the residents. I also advised road safety but their intervention is limited. Inter Nord are the only heavy goods vehicles to use the Jacob brakes on this street! it's disrespectful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately they have pushed me to the limit to write this review. We've been shipping our products with them for some time. We sell beekeeping equipment so some pieces are expensive. They have dropped a honey creamer which is 5 thousand dollar equipment and delivered to the client like that. We had to exchange the equipment now sitting on a few thousand dollars of equipment. This recent incident is only one sample. It happened a few times and no one is there to control what's going on in the company. Absolutely disgusting to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE June 18th: I tried to give them another chance to see if we could work things out after the first bad experience. Someone calls me 1 hour before pickup and cancels BECAUSE I wrote a bad review...never experienced such poor service from any company...June 1st review: Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had with a transport company. Its too bad because their drivers are good and the price is fair. However, it was so bad dealing with their back end team that its just not worth the price. Hopefully they can turn the ship around at some point. Until then STAY AWAY.
