J'ai pris rendez-vous pour faire poser des pneus d'hiver seulement pour me faire refuser le service *car les pneus ont été achetés ailleurs*.
Considérant le climat au Québec, cette pratique est dangereuse et met la vie des gens en péril.
Lors de la prise de rendez-vous, cela ne nous a pas été communiqué. Temps et argent perdu.
 Avoid at all costs.
I made an appointment to put snow tires only to make me refuse service * because the tires were purchased elsewhere. *
Considering the climate in Quebec, this practice is dangerous and puts people's lives at risk.
When making appointments, this did not disclosed. Time and money lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je pouvais mettre moins qu'une étoile je le ferais. Grand manque de professionnalisme au comptoir(parler dans le dos des clients quand le client est dans la salle)
Manque huile dans le moteur
Plein d'huile versé a coté sur les plastiques du moteur

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il me donne un rdv et m'annonce lors de la veille du dit rdv qu'il ne pose pas les pneu acheté ailleur ! Le pire c'est qu'ils essaye de faire accroire que maintenant la majorité des garages font ça... ce qui est faux. Il m'ont dit que point s faisait ca aussi! C'est drole pcq point s m'a donner rdv mardi prochain ! il viennent de me perdre pour les changement d'huile, aligement ,etc.... toute un plan marketing .... de toute facon les autres commentaire sont tout aussi négatif .... ne perdez pas votre temps a les appeller il n'en veulent pas de nouveau client !!!!
He gives me an appointment and tells me on the eve of said appointment that he does not put the tires bought elsewhere! The worst thing is that they try to make believe that now the majority of garages do that... which is false. They told me that point s did that too! It's funny pcq point s give me an appointment next Tuesday! he just lost me for the oil change, aligement, etc .... a whole marketing plan .... anyway the other comments are just as negative .... do not waste your time calling them there don't want a new customer!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service?.. 1h to change 2 tires on my truck.. and to find out that when i got my truck back. everything was upside down in the trunk for no reason.. got a call from the wife (pregnant) that she had to fix the truck so all the stuff fits and she can close the trunk correctly.. Thank you for confirming that this was the last service you have offered me. When canadian tire has better service ... you might want to look into the staff you hire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been their loyal customer for years but today they refused to install my tires because I purchased them somewhere else. And that's in the middle of winter thus putting me and my family at risk as I'll have to drive on summer tires until I find where to change them.
