★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est maintenu correctement cependant il n'y a pas beaucoup de stationnement lors de déneigement la fin de semaine, aussi définition à l'intérieur n'est pas parfaite partout et les murs sont de couleur moi donc très salissant. L'appartement est bien situé et aussi bien configurer en plus il y a un parc au centre.
It is maintained properly however there is not a lot of parking during snow removal on weekends, so definition inside is not perfect everywhere and the walls are colored me so very messy. The apartment is well located and also well configured in addition there is a park in the center.

I have been a tenant since 2018 and despite the increase in rent prices in the last two years, I remain satisfied with the quick way in which I am answered when a repair request is made, or when I have a concern related to my accommodation. The price remains effectively competitive compared to the market price, for a new construction in a peaceful and safe area.
