★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire place ou habiter, aucun service a la clientele de la part de la gestion, on veux seulement votre argent le reste on sen fou, tres mal isole, qualite de la construction mediocre, chute a dechet toujours bloque, systeme intercom fonctionne a moitie, deconseille fortement lendroit.
 Worst place or live, no customer service on the part of management, we just want your money the rest we are crazy, very poorly insulated, quality of construction poor, fall to waste still blocks, intercom system works half, strongly advises the place.

message que la personne responsable Isabelle est en vacances de retour le 25 novembre 2019 aujourd’hui le 28 novembre 2019 toujours le même message en vacances et de retour le 25 novembre alors ça en dit long sur cette compagnie pour location de condominiums locatifs.
Not good at customer service, I'm trying to get information and last week it said like
message that the person in charge Isabelle is on vacation back on November 25, 2019 today November 28, 2019 always the same message on vacation and back on November 25, so that says a lot about this company for rental condominiums.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun service, chute à déchets toujours défectueuse, loue à n'importe qui, les gens se font voler leurs colis, propreté ZÉRO, très mal entretenu l'hiver, arrive fréquemment qu'il n'y à plus d'eau chaude et d'Internet, gros chiens accepté et leurs propriétaires ne ramassent pas toujours leurs besoins, mégots de cigarettes tout partout, très dure d'avoir un retour d'appel ou de texto etc......à plus en finir expérience très très décevante et le prix exubérant par rapport aux services.
No service, waste chute always defective, rent to anyone, people have their packages stolen, ZERO cleanliness, very poorly maintained in winter, frequently happens that there is no more hot water and d 'Internet, large dogs accepted and their owners do not always collect their needs, cigarette butts everywhere, very hard to have a return of call or text etc ...... more to finish very very disappointing experience and the exuberant price compared to the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Est-ce qu’il y aurait moyen de régler le problème de chiens qui jappent à longueur de journée dans les appartements? J’habite l’édifice à côté et je les entends constamment. 2 gros chiens qui jappent et hurlent quand ils sont laissés seuls. J’ose même pas imaginer à quel point ça doit être insupportable pour les gens qui habitent chez-vous. Aussi, les gens sur les balcons qui crient à 1h du matin, c’est pas nécessaire.
Is there any way to solve the problem of dogs barking all day long in the apartments? I live in the building next door and hear them constantly. 2 large dogs that bark and howl when left alone. I can't even imagine how unbearable it must be for the people who live in your house. Also, the people on the balconies screaming at 1 a.m., you don't have to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tout brise tout le temps et aucun service, aucun numéro d’urgence, la puce électronique fonctionne a l’entrée en bas mais pas a la porte de l’appartement j’ai dû trouver un endroit où dormir à défaut de pouvoir rentrer chez moi puisque en dehors des heures d’ouverture! Inacceptable, en 6 mois ca fais deux fois que nous faisons réparer la porte et toujours des problèmes, la plomberie est toujours brisée également, mal insonorisé et vols de colis. Je ne recommande pas.
Everything breaks all the time and no service, no emergency number, the electronic chip works at the entrance downstairs but not at the door of the apartment I had to find a place to sleep because I couldn't go home since outside opening hours! Unacceptable, in 6 months we have had the door repaired twice and still have problems, the plumbing is also still broken, bad soundproofing and theft of packages. I do not recommend.
