Cons : one furniture was damaged, the movers « play » with the objects, one of them SMOKED in back the truck while half of my stuff was still in there !

My things were nicely packed in new boxes. They arrived to my new place in perfect condition.
As for my washer and dryer, they arrived with two dents on the bottom of my washer, and two on the bottom of the dryer.... It looked as if it was kicked in.
They were brand new. ($2,927.00 with tax is what I paid for them.)
My new place has an elevator. So, there was no reason to cause damage to it.
They claimed it was the elevator door that caused the dents.
An elevator door would have caused straight line damage, not dents.
They told me about the dents after I signed the contract....!
Well, never again... And they each got a tip.
You have no idea how bad I felt.
