Aujourd’hui encore une journée de perdu a attendre après eux pour qu il viennent changer la fenêtre qu ils ont cassé vla 1 mois et demi Je dois être rendu à aux moins 5 journées perdu à attendre après eux et ne viennent pas . Posé une fenêtre normal dans salle de bain et fenêtre givrée au salon et à l envers en plus . Jamais vu de compagnie aussi médiocre que ça. . En regardant les autres commentaires j’crois qu ils en arrachent depuis deux ans . Je recommande vraiment pas
A real joke this company there. Today another lost day waiting for them to come and change the window they broke vla 1 month and a half I must be at least 5 days lost waiting for them and not coming. Put a normal window in the bathroom and a frosted window in the living room and upside down as well. Never seen a company as mediocre as this. . Looking at the other comments I think they have been struggling for two years. I really do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Évitez de faire affaire avec cette compagnie. Ils tentent tant bien que mal de fournir un bon service, mais malheureusement ils ne sont pas à la hauteur.
Installation bâclée, prise de mesure trop juste, communication et service après vente déficient.
Nous avons fait affaire avec eux pour un changement de trois simples portes. Ce fut un vrai calvaire de communication, de suivi de dossier, de transfert de responsabilités, etc. Les portes ont été mal installés, ont du revenir à 4 reprises pour rectifier les travaux sur une durée de presque un an. Nous sommes sensible à la pénurie de main d'oeuvre et des réalités causés par la Covid. Par contre, tout ça est venu au delà de ces réalités. Ils ont fini par rectifier leurs erreurs, mais ça ne s'est pas fait sans frustrations et délais.
Si vous décidez quand même de faire affaire avec eux, évitez de payer la totalité du contrat avant l'installation. Ils tenteront de vous faire signer une clause de limitation de responsabilité pour vous faire croire qu'ils ne sont pas responsables de bris, de délais de livraison, etc. mais cette clause est illégale dans un contrat entre un consommateur et un commerçant. Donc soyez vigilant et retenez une partie du montant du contrat avant l'installation en guise de garantie de dédommagement. Ils vous feront à croire encore que vous devez payer la totalité sinon, l'installation ne pourra se faire, mais c'est encore une fois illégal.
En espérant que ça puisse vous aider à faire votre décision sur le choix d'un manufacturier.
Avoid doing business with this company. They try somehow to provide good service, but unfortunately they are not up to the task.
Sloppy installation, too accurate measurement, poor communication and after-sales service.
We did business with them for a simple three door change. It was a real ordeal of communication, file follow-up, transfer of responsibilities, etc. The doors were incorrectly installed, had to come back 4 times to rectify the work over a period of almost a year. We are sensitive to the labor shortage and the realities caused by the Covid. On the other hand, all that came beyond these realities. They ended up rectifying their mistakes, but it didn't come without frustrations and delays.
If you decide to do business with them anyway, avoid paying the entire contract before installation. They will try to get you to sign a disclaimer to make you believe that they are not responsible for breakages, delivery delays, etc. but this clause is illegal in a contract between a consumer and a merchant. So be careful and retain part of the contract amount before installation as a guarantee of compensation. They'll make you think again that you have to pay the whole thing otherwise the installation won't go through, but that's again illegal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes très déçus. Nous ne referons plus affaire avec eux. Énormément de problèmes avec notre commande. Plusieurs problèmes de communication. Il y a tellement de responsables différents entre chaque étape du projet qu'on ne sait plus à qui se référer. De plus, ils nous ont obligés à payer la totalité du paiement AVANT l’installation, malgré que ce n’était pas l’entente. Erreur de modèle pour une fenêtre, une fenêtre est arrivée brisée sans que nous ayons été avertis. J’ai demandé à parler à un supérieur pour leur faire part de nos insatisfactions dans le but d’améliorer le service et je n’ai jamais eu le courriel de cette personne. On m’avait dit qu’on m’appellerait, mais j’attends toujours…
Toutefois, aucun problème avec les installateurs, travail bien fait. Toutes les erreurs ont été corrigées en 2 mois, mais ce fut très désagréable à gérer. Nous avions essayé cette compagnie pour leur prix compétitif, mais le service laisse tellement à désirer que nous irons ailleurs pour notre prochain projet. Nous faisons ce commentaire dans l’espoir qu’il y aura une amélioration au niveau du service à la clientèle.
We are very disappointed. We will not do business with them again. Lots of problems with our order. Several communication problems. There are so many different managers between each stage of the project that we no longer know who to refer to. In addition, they forced us to pay the entire payment BEFORE the installation, although this was not the agreement. Model error for a window, a window arrived broken without our being informed. I asked to speak to a superior to tell them about our dissatisfaction in order to improve the service and I never got the email from this person. They told me they would call me, but I'm still waiting...
However, no problems with the installers, job well done. All errors were corrected in 2 months, but it was very unpleasant to manage. We had tried this company for their competitive price, but the service leaves so much to be desired that we will go elsewhere for our next project. We make this comment in the hope that there will be an improvement in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negotiation vraiment difficile, ils sont envoyé un inspecteur à évaluer l’installation et ils nous ont charge 200$ de plus pour la mise en place de 2 morceaux de 4x4 dans le bas de la porte, c'est un vol! ils sont laisse les trou à l’intérieur de la porte, travail vraiment mal fait. Les employés sont très agressives au téléphone et par courriel... Ils vous demanderont le payement total 2-3 jours avant la pose Complètement illégal. JE NE LES RECOMMANDE PAS. NE VOUS LAISSE PAS VOUS AVOIR!!!
Really difficult negotiation, they are sent an inspector to evaluate the installation and they charge us 200 $ more for the placement of 2 pieces of 4x4 in the bottom of the door, it's a theft! they’re leaving the holes in the door, a really poor job. The employees are very aggressive on the phone and by email ... They will ask you for the total payment 2-3 days before the installation Completely illegal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. DON'T LET YOU HAVE YOU !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pire service de vente et d'après vente que j'ai eu. Ils avaient dis 8 semaine de délais pour avoir 5 fenêtre, finalement 15 semaine plus tard on les a reçus. Je me suis fais traité de menteur, vu qu'ils disent ne jamais avoir dit 8 semaine. A la réception il manquait un morceau alors ils étaient supposé revenir nous le porté la semaine suivante. Finalement je l'ai reçu, après avoir appelé plusieurs fois, 5 mois plus tard. Je déconseille a tous de faire affaire avec c'est personnes qui n'ont aucun respect.
Worst sales and after sales service I've had. They had said 8 weeks delay to have 5 windows, finally 15 weeks later we received them. I got called a liar, since they say they never said 8 weeks. At the reception a piece was missing so they were supposed to bring it back to us the following week. Finally I received it, after calling several times, 5 months later. I advise everyone not to do business with these people who have no respect.
