★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est très rares que je post des commentaires négatifs mais leur services n'as pas de sens. J'ai commandé ma porte fin septembre. Au moment de la commande on me dit qu'il y a 4 semaines pour la fabrication et que l'installation seras faites dans la 5 ième semaine. La porte à été fabriqué dans les temps mais 10 semaines plus tard toujours pas d'installation. On m'annule la veille de mon installation prévue pour me replanifier... pas deux trois jours plus tard mais.... 2 semaines plus tard. Comme si j'avais juste ça à faire de prendre congé au travail pour eux. Pas d'appel de la compagnie, c'est à moi de voir à faire les suivis et courir après eux et comble du malheur, tu dois gérer l'installeur ET Métric car chacun ce renvois la balle.
Attendons voir si le tout va se concrétiser mais il y a un manque de planification certain, la gestion des clients est inexistante et les prix selon le marché. J'ai hâte de voir la qualité des produits et de l’installation. Je vous tiens au courant
It is very rare that I post negative comments but their service does not make sense. I ordered my door at the end of September. When ordering I am told that there are 4 weeks for manufacturing and that the installation will be done in the 5th week. The door was manufactured on time but 10 weeks later still no installation. I am canceled the day before my planned installation to reschedule me ... not two or three days later but .... 2 weeks later. Like I just care about taking time off work for them. No call from the company, it's up to me to do the follow-ups and run after them and worst of all, you have to manage the installer AND Metric because each one returns the ball.
Let's wait and see if everything will come to fruition, but there is a definite lack of planning, customer management is non-existent and prices depend on the market. I can't wait to see the quality of the products and the installation. I'll keep you informed

Very good service a few years ago but not for my last visit my work was not done according to my request and they were not interested in making a difference so I have to finish the job myself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fenêtres Métric a changé nos thermos sur des fenêtres de bois, aucune moulure brisée, travail bien fait, propre et réalisé de façon professionnelle. Le service a été rapide malgré la COVID. Nous avons aussi apprécié le sens de l'humour d'un des installateurs, Bref, le tout s'est fait dans la joie et la bonne humeur. Merci Fenêtres Métric.
Fenêtres Métric has changed our thermos on wood windows, no broken moldings, a job well done, clean and professionally done. Service was quick despite COVID. We also appreciated the sense of humor of one of the installers. In short, everything was done with joy and good humor. Thank you Métric Windows.
