Erreur de retour de la monnaie, ils font des erreurs et dise que ces rembourser mais en sostinant et en montrant mon compte bancaire elles voients bien que ce nest pas rembourser. Pas dexcuse mais juste un ok tin ton change bonne journée!!!! les employés sont impolis!! Faite attention et regarder votre monnaie quand vous y allez!
 There is a lot of mistakes made by employees! Error in returning the change, they make mistakes and say that these refunds but by beating themselves up and showing my bank account they see although it is not refunding. No excuse but just an ok to change your good day !!!! the employees are rude !! Pay attention and watch your change when you go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aujourd'hui je me suis faite servir par la caissière au cheveux blonds avec des lunettes. Aire bête fait sa jobs à moitié se moque des clients et elle se dit gérante . J'ai beaucoup de difficulté à la croire. J'ai remarquer que ceux qui donnait un bon service partait et aimait pas leurs travail. Si c'est vraiment elle la gérante je les comprends . À ÉVITER !!!! Aller au Ultramar à la place qui est juste à côté Meilleure service Evers
Today I was served by the blonde haired cashier with glasses. Aire bête does her job half-heartedly, mocks customers and calls herself a manager. I have great difficulty believing her. I noticed that those who gave good service left and didn't like their jobs. If she is really the manager, I understand them. TO AVOID !!!! Go to Ultramar instead which is right next to Better service Evers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depuis que ce Shell existe à saint-jerome le prix de l’essence coûte le même prix qu’a Montreal même desfois il est plus cher qu’à Montreal!! Fini le temps ou l’essence à saint-jerome etait 10cent de moins qu’en ville..!
Since this Shell exists in saint-jerome the price of gasoline costs the same as in Montreal, sometimes it is more expensive than in Montreal !! Gone are the days when gasoline in Saint-Jerome was 10 cent less than in the city ..!

Pouvez vous demander à vos employés de porter le masque adéquatement svp....je travaille dans Résidence pour personnes âgées, je dois porter N 95....Me faire répondre par votre tête brûlée ...Ben y a un plexiglas...je comprends que c est difficile de trouver des employés...on le vie aussi, ça donne pas le droit à vos employés de répondre...." Ben y a un plexiglas"....je mets vos employés à aller travailler dans les RPA et voir c est quoi ça sur ces personnes qui y vivent depuis presque 2 ans....Vos employés sont arrogants...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employés très bêtes, on pose une question par téléphone ou sur place et on a toujours l'impression d'être pris pour des épais. Je suis toujours gentille et polie pour être servie de la même façon, mais c'est bien le seul endroit du secteur où le service est toujours un gros Zéro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible staff .they have no staff and cant find any to work there .Went 3 times tried to put gas early in the morning did not work .Called to find out why .She said no staff. Then rudely hang the phone in my ear .Will never go back get gas there again .I will go to the station across the street. To bad you lose $400.a month from me in gas.
