★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They rarely deliver or deliver on time , they rarely pick up or pick up on time..often delivered in minivans , windows closed , drivers smoking , packages reeking cigarette smell.. If you're looking for a back-alley delivery service..Intelcom is the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually very fast delivery, but for the last 2 deliveries, things have changed. They have not delivered the latest package, 4 days in a row. Although, I am calling them to make sure everything is in order but to no avail. We were both at home at the time they said they were unable to deliver... very disappointing for a company that has been very reliable in the past
Edit: Intelcom allowed me to pick up the package at the warehouse. They apologized for being highly short-staffed, which can be understood and appreciated. What is irritating is the lack of follow-up after 4 calls.
