Fantastic clinic. Wait times and the times doctors come in are clearly marked. Obviously people are to self absorbed to bother to look up from their phones to see them. Only problem is the people who come in. They have a shopping list of problems, which they take 2 hours to discuss with a doctor. People also dont realize the their are multiple doctors there and just walking in because you stubbed your toe and want pain killers wont get you to the top of the list. People also shouldn't be going 4-5 times a week just because they have a cough.

Know the rude receptionist people talking about she should be investigatedby sask health authority personally i just ignored her left her in her own misery as for the Dr i was seeing i just simply moved on as i tired of his talk down to you attitude i am in process of still trying to find a family dr in Regina that can just simply make criteria of good bed side manner and i can walk out of his office feeling he was proffesional after waiting many times yes from 1 hr to as long as 2.25 hrs expected a proffesional Dr disappointed left a family Dr that met crireria in MooseJaw over 2 yrs ago seems hard to replace??? Still trying as going to see a different one that is taking new patients got fingers crossed. I certainly can understand the poor reviews this clinic getting Happy for those that can give 4 and 5 stars hopefully i find a clinic and a Dr soon that deserves a recommendation and a review to match hopefully don't have to drive to MooseJaw to my very missed family Dr and friendly efficent admin Good luck to you people that left low ratings from my experience i know you are not over reacting !!

Transcona has always had a bad reputation. Today solidified their status. My 5 year old son and I showed up at 9:30am on a Saturday knowing they open at 10:00am with only walk-ins available. We waited in our car as it feels like 3 degrees C with the windchill. Several others showed up early as well with the same intention of waiting in their vehicles. At 10:00, when they're supposed to open, the receptionists bus showed up so she was opening a few minutes late. This happens. On the same bus was another client who immediately went and waited at the door to get in. Once the receptionist opened the door I mentioned how many of us have been waiting for over half an hour and we should be seen in the order we arrived at. The woman who was waiting at the door still rushed to the counter and the receptionist, who definitely heard me, began taking her health card as if she would be seen first. Multiple people spoke up and the receptionist then asked for my health card. The woman who rushed to the desk did not move and I had to tell her to give me some space to deal with the receptionist. She moved about an inch over and I again had to ask her to move over for me to deal with the receptionist as she was still directly in front of her and closer to the receptionist than I was. I was then told by this woman to quit my bitching and that if I'm in such a rush we should've been waiting at the door. The receptionist still said nothing. I was seen first, after 45 minutes of them being open. This woman was seen second instead of being 6th like she should've been. The receptionist did not speak up when this woman was swearing in front of my child. She did not say anything about opening late. She did not say anything about this woman trying to be seen before people who had been waiting, many for 20 minutes before open. If I hadn't spoken up this woman would've been seen first instead of all of us waiting here being seen in the order we arrived. If I had not spoken up she would've been allowed to stand right in front of the receptionist while the receptionist is trying to get my son's information. If I had not spoken up this woman would've been able to swear in front of my child with no repercussions. This clinic needs assertive receptionists who will speak up and take control of their clinic, rather than letting someone call the shots because they've got the biggest attitude in the building. Do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic and its door mat staff.

I called at 1 pm to ask for an appointment with my family doctor and told the receptionist about wanting to talk to my doctor since all my lab test result is already out since I saw it at my saskhealth record. The receptionist was so dismissive and told me that my results are good that is why my doctor isn't calling me. I then told her that I saw my lab results and I have some issues so I need to talk to my doctor. She was so dismissive about my concerns. I insisted that I needed to talk to my doctor so I gave her my info. After 3 hours of waiting I called them again only to find out that she did not put my name in the list. She shoul not be working in medical office or any health care offices if she does not have any concern with sick people. Her tone of voice shows she does not care about patients. She is there just to collect her pay check. If you expect great customer service to people working at retails or food service industry. People who are working at health care offices should give excellent service.

The wait times at this clinic are terrible. Came to get a prescription refilled and waited an hour and a half...got feedup and left. Made another appointment and waited for over an hour again.

Terrible grouchy lady at the front desk. I came in to inquire about seeing a doctor to look at my hand after a dog attack the night before. The lady didn't seem to care one bit and told me to go see if another walk in was available to see my injuries. I said, "ok thanks I will go do that" as I turned to leave, the lady gave no response at all. Really sad that this is the type of person to speak to as a Frontline employee of a medical facility. I will not be going back to this location again and will also inform others of this businesses poor interpersonal skills.

Experienced a work injury, called this office around 3:45pm and was greeted by the receptionist. Explained my situation and was welcomed to come immediately for my injury to be attended too. After going to and calling 4 different medical centres and walk ins and all being declined, this was the only office that took me in. Doc stitched me up and I was on my way all under an hour. Great experience.

sometimes the wait times are longer, but the Doctors take their time with the patients and listen to what the patient says. So it makes up for the time you wait.
