L	Lonny Selinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd been looking for a new Family Doctor for years and decided to try one in this clinic. Dr. Fowora has been amazing so far and the staff have been great. This clinic is usually busy however they handle the workload (especially in tense times) with grace and civility typically. I think sometimes people may interpret their haste for 'rudeness' when in fact they are just tasked with processing and caring for a great number of people and try to give everyone enough time. This is a clinic of amazing doctors that 'also' does walk ins. I don't think I've ever had to wait much past my appointment time (20 mins max?). Very happy with the service and staff.

I've never had a bad experience dealing with any of the staff members and the receptionist team has always been brilliant and easy to deal with. Some may use a tone that some perceive as argumentative, but it's just how they are, as they're quick to joke around, but serious at the right moments. Honestly, the front desk staff and receptionists are great!

If your kid is sick or injured waiting 2-3 weeks for an appointment isn't reasonable at all. Doctors clearly have taken on too many patients if they are consistently booked that far out and there is no flexibility.

Asked information regarding the walk in as I've been here before and last time was required to make an appointment for walking. Instead they reluctantly scheduled a day appointment when I did not ask for one and then suggested I seek another facility. Poor use of conveying information on their side and harmful to the public if they are this incapable of being clear, concise and informative of their own services.

I now see Dr. Andraws and she was kind, thorough and personable. The clinic has felt safe through the pandemic and remained clean and inviting. Over the last 5 years I have struggled to find a doctor and clinic and Stapleford solved all my problems. My mom also had a fabulous experience and was positively shocked! Thank you!
