★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Patel needs to go through these reviews in order to know that just because of the receptionist the clinic and Dr is loosing its reputation.The receptionist is very ill mannered, unprofessional, inhuman and doesn’t deserve to work in an environment where patients need love and care not humiliation and stress. Dr is good but just because of this receptionist won’t ever prefer going back .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un professional receptionist. She was so rude , i went for my hand cut , she made 3 phone calls even after i present in the reception. And when i said about my wound she said “we don do stitches maybe u can see doctors “ . And she look not intrested in attending patients . I never recommend this clinic even i left clinic without seeing doc !

We had to wait for 45 minutes and still she was sending the patients who came after us and when we asked us about that she started yelling at us. Don't know how she got hired there. Dr. Patel needs to look at the reviews and see how that lady is affecting the reputation of his clinic. I would never go there and would never recommend anyone to visit this place. Don't even wanna give one star but have to in order to submit the review. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont why people say bad service. Its not a tim hortons guys where we could walk out with a coffee in 2 mins. Its a clinic and everyone visiting there has problems and is there to resolve it. Dr. Patel and his staff tries their best to resolve our probelms and help us. I have never ever had a bad service with Dr Rajni Patel or his staff. Very professional and easy going. Keep us updated about everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are looking for the family doctor, got a walk in appointment, receptionist was polite and nice. Md Patel actually did the full assessment and did the patient teaching, he really took his time to listen us, assess us, and the did correct diagnosis. Very humble very culturally sensitive. Definitely recommend the md Patel. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a regular check up and I found this place too good. The receptionist was too humble and asked me about my appointment time and gave me chance to meet to the doctor in a proper timely fashion. Good work. Obviously Dr. Patel is an awesome man.
