Even during the pandemic Brad has been able to get me numerous products that have been sold out everywhere else and kept his word throughout. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for fitness equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To say that I am impressed would be an understatement. I cannot even begin to express my happiness with Flaman Fitness in Regina. The customer service of Scott and Brad are unparallelled: both such nice guys, always answered my questions and took care of my every need and query!!!
And as for technicians Doug and Taylor, I was almost crying with happiness when they were able to fit a super sturdy and SUPER big stepper into my teeny apartment with narrow doors. I thought that would be impossible... but Doug and Taylor (competent and polite to boot)! made it happen.
Anything else I need to upgrade my home gym, I know Flaman Fitness is where I am coming to... and they better have Doug and Taylor on their team! Thanks SO much, you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another excellent product. Love my bike! Top notch service. Informed staff who ensured that I picked the right bike for me. Special call out to Doug and Kai. Doug noticed a misalignment after the bike was set up and ordered another post right away. They were also knowledgeable and respectful of current provincial health guidelines when entering my home. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery and service team are awesome! Great guys, very friendly, and very knowledgeable! They had my treadmill moved from one location to another in no time at all, at the same time being very careful not to damage anything during the move! I would definitely use them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After over a month of trying to get them to come and service my Nordic elliptical that they said they could and 2 booked dates with no shows. The 3rd time they flat our refuse to come service because they are so behind. Worst customer service I have experienced and can't believe they dragged it out for almost 2 months for them to just say they won't be coming and to look elsewhere for repair. Garbage service management.
