β β β β β I've been there before but today I had an appointment which I had to wait over a month and a half to get & and took a day off work for and I show up and they tell me I can't see the doctor because I've never been there before ... but I have . And they know that because they opened my file .. but still would not let me see a doctor after it was booked and everything . so they wasting an entire month of my time & a days worth of pay for absolutely nothing at all . I've never been more mad or told at the last minute I can't get medical attention and will never recommend anyone ever to go thru this clinic .

β β β β β Our family could not be more grateful for the support and professionalism we have experienced with our family doctor, the residents and students weβve received medical care from as well as the support staff. Weβve been in for many appointments with two little ones as well as accessed their after hours support and our experiences have been excellent. I love that this is a teaching environment as the doctors and residents seem to go above and beyond to support our health. The follow up is incredible as well.

β β β β β This is the third month after my mtf surgery which I regretted ? BUT every time I even think about this place , my family doctor or their stuffs I feel extremely warm. I still remember the first time I visited this clinic. I was scared about my masculinizing body and tried whatever I could to dress myself like a girl . But now I feel much more confident and I can walk on the street without anyone doubts me not a female. Seriously they saved my soul. It would be one of the most impressive place in my life.

β β β β β Getting through to anyone on the phone has been impossible for 3 + weeks. Also this clinic will probably never be accepting new patients, will be impossible to get all 3 family members under 1 family doctor and it's very disappointing in the 10 years or more I've gone here they have never been accepting new patients.

β β β β β Unfortunately I have been going here for years and seeing Dr. Andrea Vasquez Camargo to whom got referred to us after our previous doctor left. Multiple times I was ignored or was told she would call me back with results and never did. She was never compassionate or understanding of my concerns or situation and is extremely unprofessional! The rest of the staff on the other hand, as well as the front staff do a great job, itβs unfortunate she doesnβt care about her patients and it really shows.

β β β β β Doctors are amazing but unfortunately the front desk staff is absolutely terrible.
I have been trying to get my son into see the doctor for his 6 month check up since May. The appointment has been canceled 3 times. I am told the calendar is not available for the following month everytime and they will call back but they never do. I call them to book an appointment and they keep me on hold for over 25 minutes. When they finally pick up I am told they do not know how to use the system.
My son is now 12 months old and they have just canceled his 6 month appointment again. He has been able to see the doctor once since he was born because of this and I am at the point where I just dont know what to do anymore.
I would highly suggest anyone that is considering coming here find anywhere else.

β β β β β Absolutely love it here, Iβve been going for a couple years now and before coming here I dreaded the doctor but now Iβm more than happy to see my doctor when I need to instead of holding off because I didnβt trust the doctors I had before. This clinic and my doctor literally saved my life, I am so grateful. Great environment, really nice people and everyone actually seems to care and helps you to feel safe and welcome!
