2 months for each appointment even when the technician screws up and fails to diagnose they make you wait for months to give a second look and then another month for part and one more month for part replacement.. called them and the staff is not only rude they also hang up the phone on you.. I would highly recommend not to use this company and make sure to find another place to use your money on.. don’t have words to describe how worst they are

UPDATE: They emailed me asking for more info to redeem the situation but then my email to them just bounced back. Huh... OLD POST: Oh my oh my, this was the biggest headache I could have ever imagined. The tech came the first time and replaced one part, then BOTH sides of the stovetop died shortly after he left. Guess it was the wrong part. This is around canadian Thanksgiving 2021. Parts arrived in Nov. The tech was scheduled to come on dec 23. He never showed up. Never rang the doorbell. Called Comerco AND Trans Global and they said the tech got no answer. My wife was waiting for the door ALL DAY. Then we tried to get it fixed in Jan. No luck. Apparently there is only one tech and he got covid. they never called to arrange today's repair, I called transglobal myself to book it. The tech didn't call ahead today to confirm the time, he just showed up. Totally at a loss... Unbelievably terrible service. At least it is fixed now 5 months later... wow. just wow. oh, and all the communication from transglobal is in french for some reason. I don't speak french...

0 stars - DO NOT buy an appliance from CAS Appliances on Kenaston and purchase extended warranty. The warranty company they use is W3 SOLUTIONS. Useless! Scam! W3 hires TRANS GLOBAL SERVICE to do the repair and they are a NO SERVICE company! Filed a claim in December 2021 and our 1.5 year old fridge that cost over $2,000 is still not fixed today (April 14, 2022). Going on month 5. Major runaround with getting parts and scheduling appointments. Wrong parts ordered. You have to wait weeks and weeks to get an appointment that was their error! Never buy a Samsung appliance and never buy an appliance from CAS on Kenaston because you will have a nightmare experience if anything goes wrong! Let this be a warning to you. Filed a complaint with BBB.

My Samsung stoves largest cooktop is burnt. The appointment is over a month away, but I know they must be busy and didn’t expect this to be done right away anyways. They phoned me around 9am and arrived 30 mins later. The elderly technician (maybe Jeff?) is very professional and polite, also teaching the younger apprentice with patience. They’ve done a great job, I saw TGS’s professionalism from those technicians. Will definitely recommend.

Very poor service! I had issue with LG stove switch. I booked an appointment and I got appointment for one month later service. The technician came and check and said we need to change the switch but I don’t have right now with me so order it. It will take approximately 1 week. It’s been 2 months I haven’t heard back from them. I booked appointment last month again and they give me appointment for January 21. In result of this I get hydro bill of $450 because my stove stays turned on 24/7. I have small kids at home. If something will happen will they take responsibility? Will they pay my hydro bill ? That’s ridiculous.

Should be a zero. Horrible customer service. Almost 2 months just to get an appointment. Then they cancel the appointment and say they have no open dates until a month later. I have to call and complain in order to finally get one and then the technician doesn't even stay long enough to find the actual problem. Says it's fine and yet it won't wash dishes. Brutal brutal company. Never buy extended warranty huge waste of money.

I have had a nightmare trying to get some resolution from Frigidaire as well as @Trans Global Service. I purchased an induction range in August of 2021. 2 of the 4 induction cook zones have not worked at all since the very beginning. I have been patiently waiting for my range to be repaired. I realize that because of the pandemic, freight and parts have been an issue but the lack of proper customer service is unacceptable. Trans Global Service does not return calls AT ALL, EVER even though their VM says they return calls within 24 hours. They have 'no showed' without any call or contact for a whole month. Takeaway: Do not buy a product that will be serviced by Trans Global Service.

My brand new dishwasher has been down since November. They don’t follow up with installation nor do they make it easy to book a service call. Multiple calls were made to customer service without a satisfactory solution. They change booked appointments without notification or don’t show up. When the tech did show up, he didn’t even pull out the dishwasher from the cabinet to do a full inspection to determine the issue. He just guessed. Unfortunately, I was not home when this occurred and my wife was left to deal with the tech. I would not use their service again. If I could give negative stars I would. I would strongly recommend that if you are purchasing an appliance from Leon’s (Winnipeg) inquire about having someone else do the install and any service calls
