★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about Ted?! Besides the obvious, he cares about his clients and their success! He always goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone gets the best, he is VERY knowledgeable about fitness and to be honest I would have been even more lost without him!
He is amazingly awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do l even begin to start with Ted... I've been dealing physical injuries for Years!! Have used almost every type of physical therapies you can think of, with no proper diagnosis of injuries. Ted actually wants to see his clients reach their goals and achieve them whatever they are! His approach and techniques are very unique to say the least. But they work. His forms and technique Work! And I'll be the first person to say it because I have seen the results. Ted is an amazing trainer, and not a lot of trainer, physiotherapists, etc.. Act and take the passion in their clients Ted does. I spent endless amounts of money for no results or progress trying to regain strength, lose inflammation and be able to get back to a proper life. After my first cpl sessions with Ted I was already back lifting weights, something I havent gotten able to do in years!
I cant say enough about Ted, he really is a true class act. Check out his website and give him a msg or call! His approaches are unlike anything I've ever experienced, but they work!
