β β β β β I have had excellent experiences with the Trail Appliances at this location. We placed orders for a whole range of appliances for our new house. Ray has been super helpful and professional through out the whole process. Today, we are having some issues with the LG fridge, and Ray is still being excellent following through the after-sale service. I would recommend Ray for anyone looking for appliances. You will be in the right hands.

β β β β β I enjoyed meeting Ray over the phone to order my dryer. He was very helpful checking availability of stock, pricing at other stores and their stock. Explaining that the new dryer would be higher than the old one, but once we found the our new washer height we realized the dryer would be fine.
But best of all he has a very good sense of humor in these times of rules and regulations dealing with Covid-19.

My objective was to purchase a fridge.Β Based on my criteria, Monika walked me through the best options and answered all my questions thoroughly.Β She educated me on how fridge cooling systems work and how this accounts for the pricing gap between models.Β I never knew this! I even googled the topic and yes, her explanation was on point.Β Monika is knowledgeable on the products, straight-forward in her explanations, and sincere in her desire to help the customer.Β Her personality is warm and friendly, and her manner is approachable and genuine. That day, I purchased a Fisher & Paykel fridge, knowing that it was the right decision at the best price.Β When I have appliance needs in the future, I will seek out Monika specifically.

β β β β β Had to replace a stacked washer and got helped by Vincent online. My original intend was just to get a few comparisons between a few vendors and ultimately buy one in store. Vincent was so thorough and helpful with my needs and requirements that I didn't really have to go in store. I still did went just in case and had some additional concerns after the visit. I was able to reach Vincent again online and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was arrange accordingly with the deliver and installation. He even called me after the parts were delivered and installed to make sure everything is good. Great customer experience. Thanks Vincent and all!

β β β β β We regularly goes to shop for our appliances need at Trails Appliance, especially in the Richmond location. It is conveniently located near to exit of Knight bridge, and the show room is beautifully renovated, and is one of the most spacious location for Trail and full of display items. Their pricing is very competitive, and their selection is very well stock. Today I have the honor of one of the appliance broken right before the Victoria day long weekend, and Trail Appliance, as usually solved my problem with a new appliance within the same day. Typically in stock item with delivery is 3 to 5 days and their warranty program are top of the class. We used it before and from our experience their warranty program have very fast service, and guarantee if they don't stop until your problem is solved.
Today I met one of their sales associate Nathan Cheng. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and quick and set us up with an appliance exceeding our expectation, in a hour or less. We simply cannot ask, or find better services any where else.
I would strongly recommend on your next appliance shopping that to visit Trail Appliance first on your shopping list, you won't be disappointed.

β β β β β As soon as we entered the store Nathan introduced himself and offered assistance. Once we advised that we were interested in a washing machine, he showed us the relevant show room area. He asked our preferences and requirements and offered suggestions. He advised which washing machines were in stock, and for units not in stock what receiving and delivery dates would be. He found us the perfect unit that would meet our needs in stock but not in the showroom. Excellent salesman - completed all the paperwork, booked delivery and explained details on warranty. Very professional and personable.
