★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why I even bother going there. Looking for a thermostat for my Cummins . I knew when I walked in it would be a bad start when the partsman looked at the truck and said we wonder have anything for "that old thing". We don't all have money for new stuff thank you very much. He couldn't find the part number even with the engine data plate in his hand . There fine for stuff on the floor . But unless you have somthsome made in the last ten years . They don't have it. , Don't stock it , and don't seem to care about it. I have also been told by them that we Dodge truck owners need to stop looking there. I keep telling them that cummiCu engines are in a lot more than dodges. ?

An attitude. He did not want to help at all. While paying for the stuff this dude walked away. My advice to that dude is to find a different job if you can't help anyone Dude. It's like he owns traction stores. Not coming back to 34st 76ave edmonton location. I can drive 10 extra miles for better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not helpful staff. Went there to return some stuff, first of all they want restocking fee which was almost 25% of the price of my stuff. I had to agree for that fee but when they started processing return they said they can’t even accept that return because it was purchased at west end location..I was surprised, come on dude it’s same Traction store., I don’t have time to go to other store...disappointed..
