โ โ โ โ โ I had a great experience in this store!
I wanted a stuffed animal from the window (not the inside shelves) and one of the owners (the elderly husband) who was washing the front door at the time, took his pincers and retrieved the stuffed toy after he was done.
We chatted briefly -- they have been in retail for 30 years! - and he mentioned how much things have changed in this time. When I left, I got a "god bless you" which I take as a kind compliment, even though I'm not super religious.
Great selection of stuffed animals!

โ โ โ โ โ I walked in looking at my phone to checkout the coffee shop my boyfriend and I are planing to go after the visit. As soon as I was in the store, I was told that โDo not use cell phones in the store pleaseโ. It was a weird policy to me but I was somewhat okay with it. I understood why cell phones are not allowed soon after. We are huge Lego fans and play board games a lot. It was quite obvious that they were overpriced. Be aware of the โNo return and refundโ policy. Because if you donโt know about the products and you couldnโt use you phone during purchasing, you are going to get ripped off.

โ โ โ โ โ As soon as I needed assistance the owner was right there. He was so helpful!!! Very educated on his stock and gave several options. There was a large selection of stuffed toys as well as games books and many other items that are appropriate for big and small children. There is a reason why he has been in business for over 30 years!!!! Highly recommend this store!!โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service, I went in with my girlfriend very excited as i am an avid toy collector and very passionate about toys, first the woman working the floor followed us the entire time before lashing out at my girlfriend for using her phone, then after picking up no more than 2 items the owner began to yell on the verge of a meltdown that i was touching too many things and would be forced to buy everything i touched, i was originally planning on buying something for my girlfriend which i had in my hands but after the embarrassing display of service i quickly reconsidered and took my business to far friendlier toy stores. The man running this store seems incredibly unstable or quick to anger as he did not respond to my hello when i entered and quickly lashed out after simply holding two collectibles. avoid at all costs

โ โ โ โ โ I visited this store hoping to find something unique for my two daughters and to support a local business. The female owner followed me the entire time and it was truly comfortable so I decided not to purchase anything. As I was leaving, they were whispering under their breath. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. You work hard for your money.

โ โ โ โ โ I wish I could give a review lower than 1 star because the disrespect and attitude that was given by the owners was unbelievable. I honestly believe that any review that is higher than 1 star was not written by a customer because it is shocking that anyone in their right minds would run a business like this.
The 'no-phone' policy is pretty weird and I was asked to put my phone away the second I took it out of my pocket. The woman watches you like a hawk and follows you around the store the entire time, making you feel uneasy and stalked.
My boyfriend had picked up a puppet to show me and the male owner had screamed at him to put it down, insisting that we had come in and had touched everything and that he had enough of it. We had been in there for less than two minutes and had barely touched anything. The owner sounded like he was close to a meltdown and for what? We picked up a shark puppet?
As soon as I left, I checked the reviews and was not surprised at all by the amount of bad ones. Do yourself a favour and never step foot into this store because this is the place where happiness dies.
And to the owners, if you read this: be better. The way you behave to customers is unacceptable. Reading these reviews is appalling and how your business is still running puts me in awe. I don't know how anyone can stand this behaviour which is why I firmly believe any 5 star review is fake.

โ โ โ โ โ In an age where everything is just a click away, the Toy Terminal is an escape from our "busy lives" where as an adult it brings back all the nostalgia of being a kid again or as a child, the excitement of browsing and getting a experience of the senses and emotions. I have visited the new location many times and all I have to say are great things. The owner is so kind, always friendly and so knowledgeable. I would give the Toy Terminal 10 stars if I could. The Toy Terminal is a reminder to always remember the inner child in all of us and to preserve these experiences for your kids.

โ โ โ โ โ First time in the store and it did not disappoint. The prices reflect the high quality of the products that are available here.
We were really having fun looking at the variety of all the toys that were here.
The woman suggested many age/gender appropriate stimulating toys and the recipient of these is really enjoying them.
The male owner was kind and pleasant when we paid for our goods.
