★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience buying my boat from Ray at Martin. Unfortunately not the same experience from Lee at Tow and Stow. The first fall I had my boat I got Lee at Tow and Stow to winterize and wrap my boat for winter. I store my boat a few blocks from Lee's location. When I unwrapped my boat in spring there was damage to the bimini mounts. I talked to Lee to see what we could do and he told me that I was on my own. He told me that it was the weight of the snow that caused the damages. I told him this was impossible as I am extremely diligent in sweeping the snow off. I asked him how many other boats in the Okanagan had the same issue that year to which he replied none. He then said it must be damage from where I stored the boat. I told him this was not possible as I store in a secure compound. He then said this was as far as he was willing to go.
I highly recommend AGAINST using the Tow and Stow services!!

I love the valet service and this week they even squeezed me in last minute. Everyone I have ever dealt with always treats me and my boat really well. Keep up the great work and see you next season!
