My situation was unique in that I hired her to deal with a deceased family members residence in Kelowna, but as executrix of the will and living in Victoria, it made moving and all other arrangements more difficult. This company took over from beginning to end. With my guidance, furniture was divided between family members ( company took charge and hired movers to deliver to 3 different places, as well as all other items sent to charities). Once finished, she left the residence spotless and provided pictures for me to view. The attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to employ them again. Sincerely, A happy customer.

My mother passed away and I had an entire house full of furniture and a garage full of power tools to empty so the house could be sold. Estate Liquidations came along and just made it so easy. They emptied the house and garage, pressure washed the roof, cleaned the windows, replaced the stove and 3 toilets, auctioned off furniture and tools... basically took care of every detail and got the house ready for market. It sold in one day for exactly what I wanted... all thanks to Delores and her amazing crew. I was in mourning and faced with a mountain of a task and I'm so grateful to Estate Liquidations for taking care of everything.

After talking with her my wife and I thought this was too good to be true but we hired her. Delores and her team came to the house spending several days separating and categorizing everything in our house and yard and shop that we were not taking to our new home. She arranged the auction, organized the pick up of goods sold, disposed of goods that could not sell and collected the monies from the sale. After all that they cleaned up the house. We ended up with 500+ lots ranging from jewelry, to collector cars, to antiques, to rugs, and electronics. They were so wonderful to deal with - always offering additional assistance where needed and willing to be flexible and adaptable. This estate, like so many others, had a lot of emotion tied up in it. Delores and team knew not just how to handle the business of it, but were graceful and understanding in the handling of emotions and wishes of the family. We feel we got good value out of the resulting online auction as well, but that was secondary to just getting through this sale experience. I would recommend their services to anybody who is faced with an estate sale situation.

Delores was very responsive, had the house and sheds cleaned out, and the auction set up very quickly. She was also great at handling the unexpected. The unfortunate natural disaster closing the BC highways caused a few issues, but she dealt with them all. I highly recommend Kelowna Estate Liquidations!
