Al and his son Nick are very personable! We spent a good half hour just chatting with them. They carry a good variety of products, and get truck loads in every couple of weeks so their stock is always changing. Thank you for opening up in Westbank it's nice to see a new variety of products.

Bought a Music Wear wireless headband. Before even beginning the transaction, the woman told me, "listen, if they don't pair properly, bring them back. We've only had one brought back that wouldn't pair, but if it happens to you, bring them back. Charge them fully and pair them and if it doesn't work out, bring them back for a new pair." I was going to get them and just wing it that they'd connect (it's a liquidation store, you get what you get) but after that interaction I bought them with full confidence that I'd get one chance to exchange for another pair if this one acted funky. Well, they'd pair to call audio but not media audio, so I brought them back to exchange for another pair. Man at the counter wouldn't even hear it. "Pairs fine," he said, showing me how it paired to his media audio fine. Told him I could show him on my phone how it wouldn't pair to media audio. He told me it doesn't matter how my phone acts with it, works fine for his phone and that's all that matters. I told him what the woman had told me, that they'd had one pair that was faulty and wouldn't pair properly and that if this pair didn't work I could return them for another. He insinuated I was lying, told me that they hadn't had any returned and that I should "call my service provider if unsatisfied." Bizarre attitude. It's a liquidation store, I'm not trying to get my money back, but I was specifically told I'd be able to bring it back for another pair. Bluetooth is funky and I've had this before, where one pair will work fine but another doesn't. So I don't know what this was all about. What's the point of an establishment going out of their way to say that you can return /this specific product/ for a replacement if it doesn't work, if they're not going to honour that? If she hadn't've told me that, I would've taken them home and been mildly disappointed, but that's the risk you take with liquidation. I wouldn't have tried to bring them back. "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" Everyone knows this. So what was the point of her going out of her way to tell me to bring them back?? All I can say is that I really could've done without all this. It was a waste of everyone's time. And what was the point? Why'd they initiate it in the first place? What was the point!? I'd never write a bad review for a liquidation store that sells you something faulty, but I just can't grasp what their angle was. Why tell me to bring it back for exchange if I wouldn't be able to? Why tell me they'd had one pair returned if that wasn't true and they'd had no issues at all? It's just too bizarre, I don't get it. Other than that, they've got an interesting selection I guess. I won't be coming back, but as long as you take note the sign on the door that says all sales are final and don't trust anything they tell you that suggests otherwise, maybe you'll find something you like.

Owners are FANTASTIC people, and I would give 5 stars because every experience I have had have been great interactions, with product at a very good price. However this past weekend I called Suncity because I heard they had really nice RC trucks. They had 1 left when I called and it was out of box, I made arrangements to come pick it up. The owner had no problem holding the truck for me while I arranged a pick up. The RC truck got picked up and brought to my house for me, as I don't live in Kelowna. When I finally got the truck on Sunday, I realized there was NO charger for the battery. I'm super bummed out. It was a birthday present for my son. I have not yet had a chance to speak with SunCity as they are closed. So I am hoping they will make this right by ordering a charger in, or finding the charger in their shop. And if and when they do I will make this review a positive 5 star.

I am not one to write a poor review but I still feel very unhappy with how my partner and I were treated at this store. We purchased a recliner for my senior parents in Nov as a Christmas present. I asked the owner if it was ok to store the chair until we could pick it up closer to Christmas as we live in a small apartment ourselves and didn't want to ruin the surprise for my parents by bringing it to their house earlier. He assured me that was fine to stay at their warehouse and that they would wrap it and keep it secure for us - so I thought that was great and helped a lot. I received a call from the owner in December and he asked if we planned to pick up the recliner, I told him we could get it the weekend before Christmas and he assured me again that it was safe and secure, he never once communicated to me that he had an issue with it being held in our conversation. The following weekend before Christmas we proceeded to pick up the recliner. When we arrived at the store I was appalled and embarrassed when the owner began to shame me in front of his staff and a few costumers by stating "You know, we are not a storage facility".... I explained to him that I obviously didn't know it was an issue based on our conversation and that we could have arranged for a pick up earlier if it was that much of an inconvenience for him. I recommend Sun City work on a pick up policy because clearly communication with customers is an issue. I 100% believe in supporting family/small business so I was very disappointed with Sun City. We will not be going back to spend our money.

I went in a week ago and put a water activity mat for my kids on hold . Went to pick it up today and my name was still on the box but the lady said they’re not selling them anymore and that they were now door prizes for people who waited for the paddle boards. There was 3 left willing to pay 200$ but they want to give it away to someone who already has a paddle board. It was a waste of my time. In response to your response…In the future let your employees know about your promotions, or take these things off display, because I could have bought it that day. Your employee put it on hold for me, obviously not knowing about a promotion that you say was posted on the website for months. Thanks for wasting my time, and disappointing a couple of excited kids.

We have been to this store quite often and love the products that are always new. Friendly faces and comfortable atmosphere. If they don't have what you're looking for in stock, they will try their hardest to get it. Love the salt lamps!

Awesome customer service. Kind and caring staff that always have a smile! We managed to find several great deals in store and won some amazing products at even better prices on the online auction. Thank you SunCity Liquidation for great business service. We look forward to shopping with you again!

Every time my husband and I visit this store we are welcomed by Al as soon as he is free. My husband has an eye for a good product and he always comes.outnof this store with bags and bags of items all for a really good price. When he finds something he really likes he makes Al an offering price usually on the lower end of course because he's trying to get the sickest deals and save a few bucks because he knows that later I will be complaining about how much money he spent at Sun City liquidation even though I know Al always negotiate with my husband and gives us awesome deals! Al knows we always leave happy with the items we bought because we always come back to see him and his friendly staff and we end up spending more money that we don't have because Al always gives us such amazing deals on every item we want! Sorry we haven't been in to see you in a little while Al! We will be in to see you very soon, we promise!! ?
