D	Duncan Woods on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.. went in to try and trade in my old driver and woods and to get fitted with a new set and not one person would help me out. I stood by the ranges for a half hour to try and get a fitting done and it was like I wasn’t even there. Maybe should’ve been wearing my Sunday red so someone would pay attention. Not sure what everyone’s deal is acting like they are this superior being because they work at a golf town.. Anyways, very poor experience, if I could put it at negative stars I would, hopefully the next golf town I go to will have some better workers because that was brutal.

-	- Looper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to buy clubs from, but my after purchase service has been not ideal. They have had my club for repair for over a month, and I have called three times and come into the shop once to check on it and no one can give me an answer. If it’s not warranty, I said I still need it fixed regardless so let’s get it done. My last visit three days ago, I saw my club still in pieces and left a message the repair man can give me a call when he’s in. Still nothing.

I walked around the store looking lost for 15 minutes and no one made eye contact with me or asked if I needed help. However the three men who entered the store after me were immediately attended to... I guess the message here is women aren't worth Golf Towms time!
K	Ktown Foodie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greeted at the entrance with a smile and a hello ! The store is well laid out ,clean and organized. The floor staff were extremely helpful ,Thea in particular! We remembered her from Two Eagles and the Benvoulin driving range ( what a swing ) !! It is great to see a company like Golf town, hire local kids with a passion and talent for the game of golf ! Keep up the good work Golf Town and hope to see you Thea on the tour one day ?
S	Shawn Paquette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get 6 Irons re gripped. The lady at lthe cash told me there was gonna be a sale in a couple of weeks. Came back today and got 6 excellent new grips for 40% off. They are busy, so they said 10 days until they'll be ready. But I don't mind when they saved me 40%. Great customer service. Very nice store, I saw they have 2 small simulators as well. Where else would you possibly go for golf items? Go to Golf Town.
P	Pat Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been looking to buy a new set of clubs but they rarely have a good sale. You could always go into Golf Town and find several great deals but lately, nothing. I went over to their clearance section for irons. There were hardly any clubs and what was there was barely discounted. Not the same Golf Town as before.
