L	Logan Stanfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from the group at West Kelowna Marine! Bev, Mardy, Pat, Josh, and the list goes on were helpful when helping us get our boat ready in July. We also appreciated the mechanics and yard personnel showing us what to do if we suspected or observed any particular issues that might have been causal to the boat sitting for a long duration. After having our boat sit for two years the staff took extra care making sure our experience would be trouble free by being very thorough going through the boat details and showing us all the things they either noticed or corrected. Trouble free it was... Now just two days ago the same great "customer service" but just the opposite ; the Valet that was to yank me out of the water for the season showed up as promised despite them experiencing a rush at the same time I required the Valet service. Great service going in and coming out. Thanks goes to the gang at WKM... Carry On ...
J	James Dickey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a mix of different experiences at the place. Positive was for sure the fun, we had with one of their boats for 4 hours. Pricewise we also think it was average to all the other places. Negative for us was their customer service. When we arrived, it seemed nobody really knew what’s to do. Who is responsible for us etc. When we came back, we had to wait for over one hour till they brought the boat back to the yard, and till we finally could finish the business. They explained it what happened, so all of that was understandable. But there wasn’t a place to sit and wait, except a little concession stand with ice cream etc. Apparently it was also part of this boat dealer place, so we went there for having a cold drink or something like that. We waited for over 20 minutes, even we pushed the ring, but nobody showed up. It was like “serve yourself, and leave the money on the counter”. It is a good place to go a bit away from the super busy Kelowna downtown marina, and maybe we just had a bit of bad luck that day with the customer service, who knows. But all this had a bitter after taste.

L	Loryne Grande on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and workers were very friendly and kind. However, the owner was quite rude and condescending to us. We rented seadoos for an hour and we were late coming back by 20min. When we got to dock, he told us we were 20 min late and that we would have to pay extra. Ok fair enough. When we went to pay, he was charging us for 30min extra time. We complained clearly quoting his words and the time we got to shore and he wouldn’t budge. He said then we were 25 min late and why are we nickel and diming him for the extra 5 min? So first it’s 20 min late, then 30 min late and then lastly we were 25 min late... Bargaining with the owner is useless. He will not budge. Also, plan to arrive at least 40 min before you’d like to rent equipment as they are very slow to get paperwork going. The rental experience was painful... but we had lots of fun once we were on the water.

He would make remarks such as "Well clearly you were not listening, huh?" and would make insulting remarks to us as he was teaching how to ride the jetski. I appreciated all other staffs and the experience of riding the jetski with my friends. But the owner is the one who deals with you the whole time and he has a very poor communication skill and customer service so something to definitely consider before you go to this place.

The owner and an employee lied multiple times about a boat my dad purchased saying it was winterized. He admitted after we discovered the block was cracked that he never winterized it, said he would take care of the issue, didn't look at the boat for over a month, and refused to return his money or get the issue cracked. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THE OWNER SAYS AND NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

We now have what appears to be a permanent stain on one of the seat cushions and the owner says it’s not his responsibility. We also seem to be missing a travel cover. Appears to be quite a disorganized business, not the kind of place you would want to support.
