The employees are knowledgeable and take pride in insuring that your time on the boat is fun, and most importantly safe. The staff greeted us warmly when we arrived and were very accommodating with our young son. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the boat we had – it surpassed our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the lake with a fabulous captain (Kristen) who took care of our needs in a professional way – she took us to different areas of the lake in order for us to have the best wakesurfing conditions. Mike and Somer were very gracious and we appreciated their kindness as well. Thank you! Our experience with Lake Surf was extremely memorable and we would highly recommend Lake Surf to anyone who wants professional, courteous customer service. Cameron and Nicole
D	David Yelligadu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place, very clean and tidy. Rented 2 double kayaks for 1 hr. Price is a bit steep compared to others in the Okanagan area but it was a fun good time on the lake. The fellas working there were helpful getting us going.

Quite possibly the only way an average Joe (or Jolene) can go out and experience this incredible line of watercraft such as their upper echelon wake surfers. Intuitive controls allows ultra easy operation of wake setting like nothing I've ever experienced. One button, crank the throttle and it does everything else (including cruise controlling speed) allowing you to safely and easily watch your riders. I've never had this before, it's usually a constant battle to try and provide a nice surfable wake. Swimming, tubing, surfing, wake boarding or sweet lounging from the awesome interiors there's something for everyone. Super professional staff, easy location close but out of the heavy traffic areas to get out on the lake swiftly and without stress. Will definitely be awaiting our next trip, LakeSurf provided one of our best lake days ever!
S	Sukhi Dhaliwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rental rate for a boat, everything was handled by teens. They provided life jackets, but none in the boat. Everything went well, boat ran well. Unfortunately, although they went over some standard safety equipment,etc., in boat, they didn't show us the fuel level. This is important as they charge for fuel when you come back. I'm not sure what fees they charge for this, but our bill was $150 for less than two hours. We stopped about four times and jumped in the water for a swim, so maybe 1.5 hrs driving time. Didn't drive too fast. Because we didn't think to ask to check the fuel level BEFORE we left and afterwards it was too late.

We rented a boat for 3pm but there is so much paperwork and they had to swap boats three times so we didn't get out until 3:30. $720 for 3.5 hours of boating seemed a tad high. Their pricing for fuel also seemed on the high side. The young staff were very nice and friendly. The process to get a temporary boat license was easy.

The boat was a Yamaha with twin jet drives which was a blast to drive. The boat also had a great swim platform and a fold away ladder to make getting out of the water a really easy. Highly recommend.

I booked with them because of the high google reviews so I thought I'd leave my own. All of their boats and machines are new, clean and well maintained. We arrived on the long weekend and it was crazy busy. Staff was still super friendly and organized. To make a long story short, they made the whole rental process really nice. We had a fantastic day on the water and I left feeling good about the whole thing. That might seem like a weird thing to say but I've left so many boat rental companies with a bad taste in my mouth.
