★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place will be high density with issues around parking. It has no amenities and they are misrepresenting to potential buyers that they can get usage at the Cove Lakeside Resort which is a complete lie. This property is poorly conceived and the construction from what I saw is shoddy at best. My advice stay away a long way away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a self guided tour on the 29 th feb/2020.... personal and friendly host and hostess greeted us and gave a short intro to bldg.... small small small rooms......motel type air conditioning units in living room and bedroom too large for space.....very underwhlming for the price...$399,999-$499,999...additional $1800. For additional parking.... we are from Manitoba so do understand land value difference but not all spaces had beautiful mountain view..2-3 story units to be built beside on the back of this bldg and parking lot was on the mountain/lake side.... no furniture so difficult to imagine how furniture would fit... very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it’s beautiful. You are.a block from the lake you don’t need amenities. Low strata fees. Rural living and close to everything. You would pay at least $100,000 more for higher density smaller units in Kelowna.
