★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. They also delete bad reviews BTW. We haven’t had room services for 2 days, we paid 600 a night and no one has even washed our sheets or washed the towels. I’ll never stay here again, this is after my wedding night.. the restaurant is tragic. I am so upset and my wife has been in tears the entire time. I DO not recommend the cove to any family or friends. There is better places to stay for 600+ A night. This is an honest review. Take it seriously. Supposedly it’s mountain view but we’re in a parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to relax by the pool with excellent service and staff. Requests for amenities were lightning fast even into the late hours and rooms were very well furnished and set up with everything you need for some time away from home. Kids of all ages enjoyed the water slide and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. The management and wedding team worked with each of our requests and helped us navigate the changing health guidelines. There were some hiccups but in the end it all worked out and I would give the Cove a 5 out 5. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden treasure ? This place is far from! There is a lot of potential to be a well rounded establishment. Front desk staff were unpleasant, unprofessional and the communication was non existent. If you ask for a late checkout you will be rushed out in the morning told you Need to get out immediately even tough the staff confirmed a late check out would be okay. Overall the Cove is very understaffed and we tried our best to be understanding and patient.
The landing is a very very good restaurant and you can tell a lot of time went into the menu. The hours were less than ideal and a lot of hungry guests with no way around town had no choice but to order skip the dishes. When opened, the lounges bartender was outstanding and he was taking orders serving food and making and severing drinks. Restaurant/ bar staff tried their best and were completely run off their feet unfortunately leaving a lot of guests without food or beverage.
Pool attendant was very friendly and welcoming.
Lastly if you are from out of town, please do yourself a favour and call your own cab/ download the app. Front desk will offer but it will not get done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great property, clean room, amazing views. Staff at the front desk hate their job ..you can tell as soon as your greeted at check in. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.
Asked for a late check out to accommodate our baby who was still sleeping. Micaela at the front desk called 3 times after late check out was up to make sure we “didn’t forget” and to “get out” we were literally on our way out. Just completely rushed out even though it was a “late check out”. Thanks for helping and accommodating our sleeping 11 month old.. just overall very rude people and awful service. These kinds of miserable human beings should not be working customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suites are very clean and spacious. Love the layout as the rooms were separate so the kids were able to watch tv til late without bothering us in the other room. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can make almost any meal but at the same time, resto downstairs is also Fab. Great place for a weekend vacation.

Wow what an amazing space, we walked in to a wall of windows beautiful view. Huge space fully equipped with everything you need.
Super spacious and clean… appreciate the extra cleanliness that they had.
Super friendly staff that were very attentive.Highly recommend this place.
